I’m confused as to how you put the top and bottom together without spilling the liquid. do you have a video or explanation? tia

I put the caps on then set the mold, cap side down, onto a hard surface. I fill using the plastic pipettes that were included with the order, wait for the liquid to solidify, remove the caps and pop the product from the mold using a chopstick.

Do the suppositories slide out of the mold easily?

I use the little plastic rod that comes in the kit to pop them out. My suppositories are made with coconut oil though, so I’m not sure if it works the same for ones made out of Shea butter or any other ingredients.

When removing them from the molds how do you get the cap off without the suppositories breaking into pieces?

For me the best way to remove the suppositories from the caps is fresh from the freezer. When they are very frozen you can gently squeeze the caps in a twisting motion. Once you remove all caps flip mold over and use a chop stick or something similar to poke them out and VOILA!! put them in a glass jar in the freezer til you need them. Cheers
