Saving time and money
I bought this repair kit to fix a few small imperfections left behind after a porcelain installation. The cuts werenโt huge, but they were noticeable enough to bother me, especially since everything else looked so clean and new. I wasnโt expecting perfection from a DIY kit, but I wanted something that would at least make the spots less obvious. What surprised me most was how well the color mixing worked. I took my time blending the colors, and I was able to get a really close match to the porcelain. Once it dried, the repaired areas blended in much better than I expected. From a normal standing distance, you honestly donโt notice the flaws unless you know exactly where to look. The process itself was pretty straightforward, though it does require a bit of patience. Mixing the colors and applying it carefully makes a big difference. One thing to keep in mind is that itโs best for small fixes. Itโs not meant to repair large cracks or major damage, and the texture wonโt be an exact factory finish if you inspect it closely. Overall, this kit did exactly what I needed it to do. Dries quickly and it less costly than purchasing and changing the damaged tile.

Great for kitchen tile repair
I used this product to repair chips in my kitchen floor a year ago. It is still in place and looks great! Note that the product is a gloss finish, so you won't be able to get an exact match if repairing tiles with a matte finish.

Works really well, and surprisingly easy to use (even for beginners)
We rent our home, so when a wine bottle came tumbling out of the wine rack over the fridge and cracked a floor tile, my heart sank because I knew that our security deposit would probably be history. My dad told me I was probably overreacting and that I should look into tile and repair kits. I spent a lot of time scouring DIY sites and Amazon product listings, and after all that research, this one seemed to be the easiest to use, one of the most highly rated, and affordable. So I crossed my fingers and ordered. Even though it arrived within a couple of days, I've been putting off the repair for weeks because I was petrified that it would require a lot of work and that I'd ultimately ruin the tile or make the crack look even more noticeable. Yesterday, I finally took a *crack* at it (see what I did there?) :) And boy, was I wrong! First of all, despite the fact that there is some mixing involved (you need to squeeze the products from each of the 2 tubes into a cup and mix together for 1 minute, then add any of the included coloring agents to help match the color of the tile, then mix a bit more), it was incredibly easy to use. The overall setup time was negligible (2-3 minutes tops), since they include just about everything you need in the box (except for a container in which to mix the product, like a cup or bowl). The overall application process was also unexpectedly quick and easy, and the directions were clear and direct (even for a novice DIYer like me). Simply scoop the mix onto/into the crack to fill, scrape away any excess, smooth out the surface, let dry for 24 hours, then sand to smooth (if needed). The end result looks shockingly good. The photo I've attached with this review is only the initial result after a single application. The directions say that particularly deep cracks (like this one) may need an additional application, but so far, I've only had the time to complete one. It's not yet perfect, but it's a LOT less noticeable than it was a few days ago. TIPS: I found the coloring agents to be rather tricky work with. Our tile is that ubiquitous greige color (which I personally hate), so it was difficult to match with the coloring agents provided in the kit. As the directions say, take your time when mixing in the dyes, because the slightest dab makes a huge difference, which I discovered the hard way. But even if you get the color right where you think you need it, it'll still stick out like a sore thumb once applied as a solid color to tile with a marbled finish (like ours). To help it blend in, I purchased an inexpensive greige-colored grout pen and dabbed it on the patch, then quickly smudged it with a paper towel to achieve a marbled effect. You'll notice in the photo that it's not perfect, but it was also just a "trial run" to see if my grout pen solution might actually work โ as such, I decided to play around with the grout pen BEFORE adding another application of the tile repair, so that if my DIY marbling effect didn't turn out well, I could just cover up my mess with more resin and no one would be the wiser. To my surprise, the effect was surprisingly effective, although I'll need to purchase a secondary grout pen in a creamy-beige color to compliment the grey and balance it out/help it blend in a bit more. But even if I were to leave the repair as-is without adding another coat, I'm AMAZED at how well this repair kit worked. When the lighting is just right, you can still see the crack if you look for it, but it otherwise blends right in, which is exactly what we were hoping for! HIGHLY recommended!

Versatile tub and shower repair kit.
Very versatile kit especially for the price. I had to match a color with a little experimenting I came very close and it was only noticeable to me because I knew where the repair was. I also decided to fix a couple chips on a cast iron porcelain tube with the plain white. I came out great. It made me want to do the entire tub. The color match was for a resin shower wall and it came out great also. I was apprehensive about that but was pleasantly surprised with the results. I do think its one of those products that you would get better at the more you use it. I will be adding the kit to my home renovating arsenal and would buy it again.

Meh
I do like that it includes everything so that was fine; however, mixing to make gray and match my tile was pretty tough. It took about an hour and still I think I got it too much. I'm a perfectionist, so it actually looks good from far away but up close you can tell it was worked on. Now, this was after one day, maybe after a few more and some foot traffic that it might get dirty, etc. and blend in. I do think the price is better than what you can get at Home Depot and Lowe's, especially since I needed it for two chips (they recommended that I actually replace the tile). Overall, I'm not sure how I feel about it. It's kind of whatever. Maybe good for someone else but to us it was meh.

Great product
Iโm amazed how well this worked. Had a couple bad spots in the shower unit. Tried color matching but it was too deep of color so just went with straight up repair mixture and you really canโt even tell it was damaged. Very happy with the results.

Nice product, Worked very well for me.
I had about 8 chips in my kitchen tile that had accumulated over the years. I read a lot of the reviews for these repair products until settling on this one. First of all, a little bit goes a long way. I didn't need to mix much to fill all 8 chips. Second, I was worried that it may be watery based on reviews for similar products, it's not at all. Mixes to a tacky consistency which fills the chips nicely. Lastly, be very careful when adding color, just a dot of color from a toothpick goes a long way. I was trying to match marble-patterned tile. The first batch I made had way too much black color and turned out dark grey. I had to remix a new batch with just a little hint of black from the previous batch. Was able to get something pretty close to the original. Also, I found that once it started drying a little using a damp finger to "feather" the edges worked better than using the scraper. Overall I am satisfied.

Not true white
Works great and much better packaged and easier to use than the kits that use tubs. Tints are ridiculously strong so mix the tiniest amount possible with a little of the base material and then mix that with more base material slowly to get a color match. This would be a five star product if it was actually white. It is off white with a brown base, so matching anything that is not brown based to begin with is not realistic. I used it for repair of large areas of an old cast iron tub that was damaged and the repair has held up well, almost as tough as the original enamel. If you are doing a large repair area, leave the patch thick at the edges, as any cast iron underneath will flash through and you will be able to see it if you go too thin. I sure wish I could find this product in true white, I would use it for all kinds of things!

More than 100% recommended, very reliable product!
That is a really cool product. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures of the repairs I have done, but I am more than 100% happy with this product. Our sink got cracked due to a heavy glass object falling on it and it was already leaking and risking to break at that spot. I did not want to buy a new sink as I did not find exactly what I wanted, and deal with installing a new one, so decided to try and repair the old one. I did not think this material is so powerful. It did a wonderful job. Due to the color options available in the kit, you can also match colors incredibly well (I needed some shade of pink for my sink and managed to get the shade I wanted, by following the instructions). I recommend that you do color matching in the day light (not artificial light)

Five star product, absolutely excellent. Saved my life!
An absolutely fabulous product, like an epoxy resin hardener and resin, mix the two together in equal amounts, be very careful when applying the colour the absolute smallest pinprick of colour using the cocktail sticks supplied. Application is easy everything is included in the kit which is great to see. Excellent product well presented, save my life, after I broke a kitchen tile three days after completing the kitchen! Would recommend to anyone. PS: methylated spirit removes any overspills before it driesโฆ

Would recommend.
Includes everything you need, matching the colure is a art. It gets lighter as it dry's from my attempts, stil able to see the repair but it is much better. And way cheaper than replacing the entire tile. My area was just a smal repair after dropping a metal thing that created a crater, about 4-5mm.
