Had this since 2023 it works excellent with one little let down I had to bore a hole in floor so I could hook up a drainage pipe not a big deal.but nesasary the water collector is to small. But it cools to the maximum and heats up to be cozy in winter

so FAR works very well. Fairly quiet. The fan is 235 CFM so while it may cool a larger room, it won't do it fast - just not enough airflow to qualify that. but once it gets to temp it will hold pretty well (again, so far). Purchased 2 weeks ago and only needed to use 4 days. The remote app s nice -especially since this area mostly where our dogs are. It seems to be pretty efficient. Only about 7.6A @120VAC full draw.

This unit is perfect for my studio apt! 500 sq ft. Main room 350 sq ft, 9 1/2 ft ceiling, large openings to the kitchen, and long hallway to the walk-in closet and bathroom. Not noisy, but comfortable “white noise” at night. No problems at all with the drainage. Just a drop after one week. I live in a low humidity environment and keep my windows closed while using. Quick cool down, and even helps a bit in the kitchen. Great price for a 12,000 btu portable air conditioner!

Does not cool the room at all. Just blows same temperature air as fan mode.

I like our new AC unit alot. It's not loud even for me as being kind of sensitive. All the features are good and useful. Wifi was a new thing. I haven't had an app for a device to control it and I'm loving it!

Works pretty well. I use it for my office at work. The space is around a 10x10 with direct sun coming through a window 6 plus hours a day. The room is not very insulated, very old building. The only downside is when the compressor kicks on, it makes a loud knocking noise for a little bit and it’s not as quiet as it says it is, in general. I have to turn my phone volume and computer volume up when it’s in use. The app is handy and connected just fine, the remote isn’t that great though so I just use the app on my phone.

Living in Texas, the heat of summer is already here. Additionally, with the storms that have passed through my area, we have had loss of power twice. First, for only 3 hours and the second time for over six hours. Living near the Gulf of Mexico, hurricanes are always a threat. I have a portable generator (Champion) that can run my house except for the A/C. After researching various models and brands, I decided upon the Westinghouse 12,000 BTU floor A/C. I will use it to cool the rooms we are in during the day and if the outage stretches into the nighttime, move it into my bedroom. Easy to set up. I turned off my main A/C, and let it run for several hours. It cooled living room, dining room, and kitchen like a champ. While running, my wife and I were able to have conversation as the unit was very quiet. Remote control (comes with batteries) easy to use. I also downloaded the Westinghouse app and can control the unit with my smart phone. The unit has castors to roll it around from room to room. It is well-built and the instructions in the manual are easy to understand. I am very happy with my purchase.

Decent unit, on the larger side. Clean looking unit, nice features, easy to move, on the heavy side but doable, handles are not very good. Function are clear and functional.

La verdad es que andaba un poco triste porque no lograba conectar al wifi de mi telefono para poder controlar el aire desde el cel, pero leyendo otra vez todo y siguiendo las instrucciones lo logré y ya conectó!!! Sin duda es un excelente aire acondicionado portátil, refresca súper bien un cuarto de tamaño regular y es muy práctico. Lo que debo advertir, y aclaro no es culpa del fabricante, es que es un proceso largo y tedioso. Los bancos te retienen doble el dinero hasta que hacen la insvestigación. Pero eso ya es cuestión del banco, amazon me dio todas las herramientas para hacer mi reclamo de mi reembolso. Sumamente satisfecha con mi compra😁
