The cover of this book suggests it contains recipes specifically for use in a Tower dual-drawer air-fryer. I was expecting suggestions for good combinations which would make use of the separate operating function of each drawer. Instead, it’s just a generic recipe book, so cheaply produced that the ‘Timing’ section under each recipe hasn’t even been filled in, and just has ‘xx’ next to it. The recipes are clearly aimed at an American audience (‘garbanzo beans’ and ‘Pilsbury Grands’) in spite of stating clearly on the front cover that it’s for the UK market. Definitely doesn’t deliver what’s promised on the cover.
