Reliable smartwatch for Kids safety
Writing this comprehensive review after a year of using the Sekyo smartwatch for my child. I can confidently say that it has proven to be an invaluable investment in ensuring their safety and providing me with peace of mind. Child Location Tracking: The Sekyo smartwatch’s GPS tracking feature has been a game-changer. Location tracking is not very accurate but it is reliable. This feature has relieved so much stress and worry.Reliability: Throughout the year, the Sekyo smartwatch has demonstrated exceptional reliability. The device has been excellent in connectivity and functionality. Even in areas with patchy cellular coverage, the watch has managed to maintain a stable connection, ensuring that I can always reach out to my child.Ease of Use: Setting up and operating the Sekyo smartwatch has been a breeze. The companion app is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and access the various features. My child has also found the watch easy to operate, with its simple interface and clear instructions.Stylish Design: While safety is the primary concern, the Sekyo smartwatch doesn’t compromise on style. Its sleek and modern design appeals to children, and my kid loves wearing it. The watch is available in a variety of fun colors, allowing them to express their personality while staying safe.Child Safety: Beyond location tracking, the Sekyo smartwatch offers additional safety features that have provided me with even more peace of mind. The SOS button allows my child to instantly alert me in case of an emergency, and the built-in microphone enables two-way communication, ensuring that we can stay connected even in stressful situations. However, there is one lowlight worth mentioning. After the first six months of use, I noticed a slight degradation in battery life. While the watch still lasts an entire day on a single charge, it no longer provides the same extended battery life it did when it was brand new. This is a minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Overall, the Sekyo smartwatch has been an excellent investment for my family. Its reliable location tracking, user-friendly interface, stylish design, and comprehensive safety features make it a top choice for parents seeking a practical and effective solution to monitor and ensure kids safety.

Only Calling app, GPS does not work
I purchased this watch for my kid mainly for calling and GPS tracking purposes. I’m using an Airtel SIM card, and connectivity has been working fine. Battery performance has also been decent so far with no major complaints. However, the biggest issue is the GPS accuracy. The location shown is often incorrect by almost 1 km. For example, it frequently shows the watch near a metro station while my apartment is actually inside the society about 1 km away. The overall response of the watch is average. Call quality is just okay and could have been much clearer. Photo quality is also quite poor. Another major downside is that the watch is not water-resistant at all. If even a little water gets inside, the screen turns off and the watch stops working. Surprisingly, after keeping it in rice for a couple of hours, it starts working again. Recently, I faced another serious issue where the torch light stayed continuously ON. Even after the battery drained completely, the issue did not reset. I tried multiple solutions suggested online, but the torch finally turned off only after the third full recharge cycle following repeated discharges. Overall, the watch is usable for basic calling, but GPS inaccuracy, poor water resistance, and reliability issues make it difficult to recommend.

Very good Product and service
I recently purchased a Sekyo kids watch, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service I received. The watch itself is fantastic for children. It has a bright, easy-to-read display that makes telling time simple and fun. The design is stylish yet playful, which my child absolutely loves. It’s also lightweight and comfortable to wear all day, and the strap feels durable and secure — perfect for active kids. Most importantly, it seems very well-made and sturdy, able to handle the everyday bumps and drops that come with kids being kids. What truly stood out to me was Sekyo’s quick and prompt service. From ordering to delivery, everything was smooth and efficient. The watch arrived sooner than expected and was carefully packaged. Their customer service team was responsive, friendly, and helpful with my questions, making the whole experience stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend Sekyo’s kids watch to any parent looking for a reliable, stylish, and durable timepiece for their child — backed by excellent and efficient service.

Great Features & Excellent Connectivity
Really happy with the Sekyo Kids Watch! My son loves it and is enjoying using it. The connectivity is great, and the background sound feature is amazing and very useful. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the watch. The only area that could be improved is GPS location accuracy, which could be more precise. Overall, a great and useful watch for kids! 👍

Bad accuracy no GPS. The calling feature is of no use.
Don't buy this watch for the following reasons - The pictures say it has GPS, but it doesn't. It works on LBS, which is highly inaccurate. The application that you need to download to connect the watch is not at all user-friendly. The volume of the call is very low. In places like the playground or in traffic, nothing is audible. So if somone want to make use of its calling feature, gonna be a disappointing experience. Camera issue - its camera keeps clicking pictures itself with a click noise every time. I needed to connect with customer support to get that switched off. This is an inbuilt feature, again of no use. And the camera quality is poor. After 4 months, the battery died. Customer support asked me to send the watch. I decided to let it go. I purchased noisejunior smart watch, far superior to this one. Bad accuracy. The calling feature is of no use.

Good product , excellent after sale service.
I recently purchased a kids' watch from this brand, but unfortunately, it stopped working shortly after we received it. I reached out to their customer support team, and I was genuinely impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled the issue. They guided me through the troubleshooting process without any hassle and promptly arranged a resolution to get the watch fixed. My child is thrilled to have their watch working perfectly again! A reliable product is great, but exceptional customer service like this makes all the difference. I would definitely buy from them again.

The calling feature is convenient and gives a sense of security when my child is away from me. The watch looks attractive and is comfortable to wear. The battery backup is also good for regular use. Overall, a useful and practical smartwatch for kids, especially for parents who want a little extra peace of mind.

Poor After-Sales Support – Think Before Buying
bought this Sekyo watch from Amazon for ₹7,990 in January 2026. Within the first year, it stopped charging/turning on and the touchscreen stopped working. Sekyo informed me that the model has been discontinued and spare parts are no longer available, so they cannot repair it. Instead, they asked me to pay 60% of the original price to buy another Sekyo model. My main question is simple: if the brand decides to discontinue a product and stop keeping spare parts, why should that become the customer’s problem? The product was sold with a one-year warranty, and customers should reasonably expect proper support during that period. Amazon support was also disappointing. I purchased the product through Amazon and also had an additional extended warranty, but they could not provide a proper resolution. Even after escalation, I was told there was no further person I could speak to. Very disappointing experience with both Sekyo’s after-sales support and Amazon customer service. Before buying, please consider not only the product features, but also the brand’s warranty support, spare-parts availability, and long-term service.
