Very nice quality Bracelet and a good tight fit for my wrist. Beautiful design. Hoping it will ease the Arthritis in my thumb and wrist.

Helps, but easily deformed
It looks great and may help a bit with addiction, even if it only acts as a reminder. The trouble is that the material is easily deformed by things like removing it for bathing or swimming. The worst was sleeping in it. I used to wake with it looking distinctly flattened, and it was difficult to get it back to its original shape.

Lovely quality and works a treat
Really nice quality and works really well even after 24hrs. I suffer with both wrists and this copper bracelet has done and is doing the trick.

Ich liebe den Armreif, leider war er sehr groß für meinen Arm (ich/weiblich) und ich musste ihn zusammenbiegen. Da das Material sehr stabil ist, wird das wohl so bleiben, bis ich ihn nicht mehr tragen möchte und dauerhaft abnehme.
