I stumbled on this product in a cooking video that I was watching. When I first started to use it, I was not sure about it. I liked it, though. I have been never stopped using it, it is so much better then normal mayo. It is not as greasy, or has way better flavor. You can use it to be on your break before you put the bread down on the grill to toast it for a grilled cheese sandwich. I like it also when I am making a sauce that has mayo in it. I have the kids and wife using it now, I do still buy regular MAYO, but I only use that when I am doing a big dish that I need a lot of mayo. If you have not tried it, it is well worth the trouble to try..

Wer diese Mayonnaise kennt, mag keine andere mehr. Über etwaige Inhaltsstoffe sehe ich in diesem Fall hinweg. Ich esse ansonsten sehr bewusst, und da gönne ich mir zu Recht diese kleine Sünde. Ein einfacher Kartoffel - oder Eiersalat wird da gleich zur Delikatesse und viele Bekannte wollen sofort das Rezept haben. Halb mit Joghurt gemischt reicht da schon für ein köstliches Ergebnis aus.
