They arrived in a neat little pouch, smelling faintly of determination and new rubber. The assortment of resistances—from 'Gentle Persuasion' to 'Absolute Blighter'—means you can start your journey with the faint twang of the yellow one and work your way up to the black one, which appears to be made from the same material as lorry tyres and seems to actively resent being stretched. The handles are sturdy, the door anchor surprisingly philosophical about its sole purpose in life, and the entire kit has a cheerful, un-intimidating vibe. Using them is a satisfyingly quiet rebellion against entropy. No loud clangs, no complicated machinery—just you, a band, and a silent pact to slightly annoy a specific muscle group. They work. Was sceptical at first as I’ve heard mixed reviews about how good this type of exercise equipment would be. Actually had them in my basket for about 3 months before giving in and ordering. I haven’t been to the gym since the first lockdown shut them down. I have since found it hard at home with standard dumbbells to do a full range of workouts and found I was doing the same exercises over and over. Bought these and started with a few tricep workouts. Fair play it was the first time since the gym that I had a good solid workout using muscles that I hadn’t used for a while. I’m not in awesome shape and not a gym fanatic by any stretch of the imagination but enjoy keeping fit and staying in decent shape and these are definitely helping by mixing up the workout routine. I have found that instead of using dumbbells or EZ curl bars etc that I have to add an extra 5 reps per set but that is definitely not an issue at all when you can feel like you’ve had a good workout. One thing I was surprised about was the quality for the price. Cracking bit of kit. Easy to use. Easy to clip on. Good quality material. Plus the amount of workouts you can actually do with these is impressive. If, like myself, you enjoy casually working out and don’t fancy going to the gym with everything how it is at the moment, then I would highly recommend getting these and would be surprised if you weren’t as happy with them as I have been.

It's hard to say how they can manufacture a product and get it sent to your home that is as good as this at the price they charge. The bands and handles etc are very well constructed and will provide for many hours of training ahead. I'm very happy to recommend this product.

Tal y como está el panorama, con un posible confinamiento en cualquier momento, había que buscar algo para mantener la forma en casa. Las bandas elásticas me parecen una gran alternativa, más versátil y barata en comparación con bicis estáticas o cintas de correr. En primer lugar comentar que me ha sorprendido la calidad de estas bandas, están muy bien acabadas y se notan resistentes, no me esperaba tanto por este precio la verdad. Punto positivo. Vienen con instrucciones en inglés de cómo fijarlas en puertas y también de como hacer varios ejercicios, pero bien ilustradas por lo que las puede entender cualquiera. Y ya si te buscas más ejercicios por internet, te das cuenta de que con unas bandas como éstas puedes ejercitar fácilmente cualquier músculo del cuerpo.
