Dental Bones for Dogs - Turkey & Cranberry - 17 oz

My dogs love these! They last longer than other chews (not by much) I've given them and they seem to be a bit tougher than previous ones I was giving them which I believe is good for cleaning their teeth. They seem to be helping, but I also brush their teeth regularly.

I think it’s the best product to clean my dogs teeth.

Having recently had my 5yr old mini schnauzer’s teeth cleaned for the first time, I realized the Pedigree Dentastix I had been using for years weren’t enough. The vet provided me with a long list of VOHC approved oral care items, these being on the list. The bones themselves are firm but not hard like a milk bone and not soft like a regular treat. It does take some strong chomps on the back teeth for my dog to break it - I was able to easily break it in half to give it to her. They don’t have a weird smell or leave a residue which is nice. My dog has pancreatitis so I was frustrated that the full nutrition label wasn’t published so I have added a few of the type I got on this review. Ideally it would be great to have max fat listed however these are in line with the fat content of the Dentastix and she tolerates those well. While she has only tried one, I can’t comment on how well they manage tarter and plaque yet. I did get the dental powder from the same brand (also VOHC) so I’m hoping between the 2 items and figuring out how to finally brush her teeth, we can keep those teeth white and healthy.

My dog loves these. Not sure how much plaque they actually remove, but they can't hurt.

We have ordered these bones 3 times and our dog just loves them! They take a little while for her to chew so helps with her teeth cleaning. Will continue to keep ordering.

The dog we had previously went to the vet and he wanted to clean her teeth. I asked him if he would give us 3 months to try the ProDen PlaqueOff System. After 3 month we took her back to check her teeth and the Vet said he wouldn't even recommend a tooth cleaning now. Of course our new puppy is on ProDen just like his big sister was.

Our puppy loves these treats. She loves the bacon flavor ones. Our Pomeranian takes a day or two to chew through one.

I bought these on a vets recommendation who said they were better quality than the normal stick dental chews. My dogs love them , I have three dogs one large and two small so its great these break in half but full size is also more than big enough for the large dog. My dogs all love them and despite them all being over the age of 8 have had to have little or no dental work so I have to assume these work well. It definitely helps with doggy breathe.
