Would i be able to use this on steel or metal?

Yes, I used the brushes to clean the cast iron burners on my kitchen stove and I used them to clean metal threads on plumbing.

Can you use these safely on concrete to scrub off some dried caulk that I spilled on it?

1. the plastic bristles would probably have no effect. 2. the brass bristle might remove the caulk, but may scratch the concrete. 3. the steel bristles would remove the caulk, but would probably scratch the concrete. These are pretty small brushes so if it is a lot of caulk you would do better with a large wire brush. I don't know how critical the appearance of the concrete is, if critical, you might try a scraper or find out if a chemical solvent might take it off. Also to try-a rotary brass or steel wire wheel in an electric drill.

Anyone have issues with gas clicking and this cleans so well burner works again without manually lighting?

They are very nice little brushes. Good for cleaning a lot of things. Wouldn't have thought of them for the gas grill. I have a bigger brush for that. I use them to clean the corrosion from small electronic parts.

Can I clean sterling silver jewelry with these?

Maybe with the plastic brush. I'm sure the metal brushes would scratch sterling silver.
