It’s easy to swallow, been using it for 4 days now and somehow I am able to sleep and I have had more energy than before. I initially bought it to lower prolactin levels soooo fingers crossed!!!

First off, yes they smell pretty bad. It smells like the back of my mum's unused spice cabinet - very earthy and peppery. So, if you don't like that smell, don't smell the capsules. They are quite large but easy to swallow and no taste unless you let it glide all over your tongue, but who does that? Effects wise, I chose ashwagandha for its anti inflammatory properties as an adaptogenic root. I'm unsure about this KSM-66 version as I have nothing to compare it to my, but I understand the nutrients are have higher bioavailablity with this version. I have had no negative effects, upset stomach or headaches from taking the full recommended dose daily. I take it with meals to avoid any negative digestive effects! My sleep and mood is better, my skin and hair feels better too, but I have also been taking other vitamins and positive lifestyle changes at the same time as starting a supplementation routine that includes this ashwagandha. Overall, I recommend this supplement as it's inexpensive and I believe it contains the active ingredients that are beneficial for the body and mind that are difficult to get through diet alone.

Very strong, im happy

This is my second attempt at taking ashwagandha (different brands) unfortunately it does not agree with me at all, I've experienced very bad mood swings, irritability, being snappy and even losing any kind of emotion. I stopped taking them and almost immediately I felt a lot better in myself. I'm not saying they wouldn't work for other people but for me I did not get the calmness, so I won't be taking any ashwagandha products again in the future.
