Been taking this for a few years now. This is a good health supplement for men. It seems to help with restoring my energy after working in the yard.

My friend is a doctor and grew up in the Caribbean. He has been telling me about the use of Fenugreek seed down there and it's benefits for a while. The main reason I decided to start taking it is to help my blood sugar levels. Fenugreek is believed to help lower A1C levels among other uses. The pills state they are made in the United States and only contain three ingredients, Fenugreek (1350mg), vegetable based magnesium stearate and cellulose. I like that there aren't other, non-essential, ingredients like there were in the other brand I tried. The dosage is two capsules per day. The capsules themselves are medium sized but I had no problem swallowing them with a glass of water. I can take them once a day and, while it doesn't state it on the bottle, they should be taken with a meal. I have been using these for about a week and a half and have had no digestive issues so far. I won't know if they are conclusively helping my sugar levels until I go back for my checkup at the beginning of November. I will update this review once I see that number. All in all, I like the Primaforce supplement. It is made in the US, requires only two capsules daily (my previous brand required three) and comes in at a good price. For under $16, you are getting a 90 day supply making it a great value.

It is interesting that it has been used historically for so many different categories of health issues. After being involved in herbal tradition for many years, I am familiar with this herb, and have used it myself many times. It is also a staple in eastern regional cuisine. This product contains the powdered seed which is encapsulated. The capsules are easy to swallow and there is only a hint of the typical Fenugreek aroma or aftertaste. There aren’t a lot of unnecessary ingredients, and it has been tested for purity and potency, so that’s good. I would encourage anyone interested in using fenugreek herb to do their own research to discover its potential benefits. Fenugreek is not a particularly expensive herb so the price for this 3 month supply is reasonable. I’m happy with this purchase.

These are very good quality fenugreek supplements. The herb fenugreek has a very strong, pungent smell and taste but the scent and taste was very faint. I'm not having any sort of burping or aftertaste from taking these. These are manufactured in a NSF/GMP certified facility and third party independent lab tested to assure quality and strength of dosage. Pill are easy to swallow. I used to use fenugreek years ago when I was breast feeding to help increase milk production, and it helped. So if you may need this benefit, check with your doctor to see if it is safe to take while breastfeeding. I am currently adding to my regimen for sugar metabolism and hopefully weight loss.

I ordered this in September 2023 and the bottle came double-safety-sealed with an expiration date of May 2026. The capsules are large but easily swallowed with water. They have that distinctive maple syrup smell so there really is fenugreek in there. The supplements are third-party tested and sold by a USA company. I can't say I have noticed a huge difference, having taken two-thirds of the bottle, but most supplements don't have a noticeable effect on me. However, fenugreek does have a number of benefits, according to current research. As always, you should consult your doctor before taking any supplement.
