These are pretty great no bad taste or smells! Great for the price and works well. A reasonable size, and since its a soft gel its goes down smooth and doesnt get stuck. No digestion issues or side effects to note.

Ok so after 2 weeks I can honestly say I see some improvement interms of my weight loss. My regimen has changed drastically before but adding these has helped. My energy levels are up and I tend to use the bathroom more but despite these being very large pills I swallow them easily. My stomach doesn’t feel upset more slight discomfort then easily passed stool and the taste nor smell is not terrible and so far I can say it’s good value for your money.
