How long are these pads.

Well, they USED TO BE 9 .4 inches but not any more. They also used to be wider. They were perfect. Now they no longer list the dimension on the package (a dead giveaway). They are shorter and narrower and no longer provide adequate coverage for an adult. Also, how they are wrapped is different and harder to unwrap. They ruined an excellent product I used for many years, daily. I will be searching for sn alternative. I liked there mission statement and the organic materials. Very soft and comfortable, they just no longer do anything worthwhile for me and no doubt others

Would these work for slight incontinence?

If what you mean by slight is you pee a little when you cough or sneeze or laugh give them a try. (Woohoo, motherhood!) I wear them every day for that little bit of protection and they work great for that.
