This did exactly what my recipe called for very pleased. Definitely worth the money. The package was normal nothing special still no leaks.

Great for in a pinch. Obviously fresh ingredients is the way to go but if you get the urge for Jamaican and aren’t Jamaican you probably don’t have the scotch bonet and fresh thyme on hand at all times. We cook a lot in our house all different styles and seasonings in our fridge and cupboard. I had some goat in the freezer and next to oxtail curry goat is some of the best recipes you can try for us casuals. Anyway, had about a quarter bottle left and threw it in along with the curry powders and turmeric , ginger, garlic salt and onions which I did have. It saved the dish honestly, it would have tasted still good because I’ve made it a bunch of times and can tweak but all the ingredients that I was missing was inside the bottle to make it authentic Jamaican flavor. The pictures are after we devoured half and potatoes taken out too slow cook alittle longer to tenderize the bigger pieces, we couldn’t wait long enough because the smell was so good. Missing carrots too I know, try this with your goat curry or chicken stew it’ll get you there trust.
