Review: Very Happy With Purchase - I'm so in love with this. I knew I was taking a risk buying it previously owned but I've been a collector of Le Creuset for decades and thought, "How could anyone damage this?" & it also advertised as returnable which gave me confidence. Well, it is practically perfect. It arrived in an outer box but inside that it was in the famous orange Le Creuset box in excellent condition. Only looked like it may have been opened and closed a couple times before. The braiser is almost pristine condition in a color that is discontinued and almost impossible to find. There are barely noticeable surface scratches on 2 small areas of the lid. I got the impression they occurred during shipping at one point. Something I would be upset about if I had paid full price but with the savings I find them tolerable. I always loved this "Rhone" color and unmatched L.C. colors just don't matter. I have many different colors and they all look awesome together or apart. I feel so lucky to have this color and this item is the kind of thing one passes down to younger generations. I still have Le Creuset I purchased 40 years ago and I use it frequently and it still looks new. Thank you for offering a nice savings on a pre owned gorgeous braiser. I love it and I will treasure its beauty & functionality (hopefully) for a long, long time.

I purchased this in the large size so I could cook once and eat twice. There are just two of us. However, I have used it many times when guests come over too. It is great on the stove top, cooks up beautifully in the oven and then right to the table presenting a perfectly cooked home meal. Then the clean up -- how many ways can I say EASY??!!!!!!! I love this so much I may buy the smaller one. The deep burgundy color with the gold knob is gorgeous!
