How do I order these without the adhesive strip? The adhesive strip makes them less absorbing and cause leaks.

The ones have purchased have never had adhesive on them.

Anyone use these with special needs child that is 65lbs age 8? seems like the sizes end at 5T.

Yes my 10 year old daughter is special needs and weighs 46lbs. I use the size 4-6 pads with a size 7 pampers. 5 pads a day-or her diaper will leak. They’ve leaked with these pads too but not as often. However my daughter does take over 1300ml of free fluids a day.
