I wanted to make a special gift from flowers. This kit is all you need, I've already used it over and over. The flowers come out beautiful REALLY. I didn't even know this was possible and it's reusable. I was so surprised by the first flower. I just love it. Thank you for such a great kit. The kit comes with a plastic box with cover that locks out humidity. And it's a good size box. It also comes with a little scoop for the silica, a brush to brush off any silica that sticks to the flower. It easily brushes off. A pair of vinyl gloves and the silica. That's all you need to make beautiful flowers that are as they are picked. The color does change slightly but not enough to keep me from doing tons more. Again, Thank you I love it!

Preserving roses using Silica Gel Flower Drying Crystals is an easy process for drying roses. The roses in the container are from my rose garden. The drying process is easy; I pulled a small layer of silica gel in the bottom of my container, placed my cut rose in the container on the Silica gel, carefully sprinkled Silica gel on rose peddles covering the roses, sealed container. After 7 days gently remove the roses from the container. I am going to put my dried roses in a glass globe. I will update my comments later with photos of my roses in the glass globe.

This kit is perfect. Comes with everything needed: the container with lid, gloves, silica, etc. Exactly as pictured. Great quality. Works well. Amazing value for the price.

I was really excited for this to dry out some flowers from a table arrangement at my wedding. Put the silica in along with my flowers and sealed the box. Cleaned everything up after accidentally getting some of the silica on the table while scooping it over the flowers. Kept finding silica on the table and thought maybe some was stuck in the lid somehow, when I noticed a big cracked in the box all the way down one side of the box. I don't want to interrupt and transfer everything into something else, so I put some packing tape over the crack. It's a nice kit and I enjoyed doing it, just really disappointed that the box had a huge crack. The box seemed like it was pretty sturdy and not cheap, but there was no packing between it and the outer product box and it shipped in a bag rather than a box so I'm sure that was a contributing factor.

I bought this to preserve my birthday roses. I am so pleased. The container was so convenient, I didn’t have to search around for one. The silica is totally reusable and stored in the container when done.

Das Set kam schnell und unkompliziert. Es ist alles dabei, was man für die erstmalige Anwendung benötigt und die Bedienungsanleitung leicht verständlich + auf Deutsch. Ich habe damit die Blüten des Blumenstrauß getrocknet, den ich zur Geburt unseres ersten Kindes bekommen habe. Plus die erste Schnittblume, die unserem Kind zu seiner Geburt geschenkt wurde. Man muss die Blüten wirklich flach liegend in das Granulat einbetten, sonst sind sie unnatürlich gekrümmt. Aber bei richtiger Anwendung ist der Zustand, Haltbarkeit und Farberhalt um ein vielfaches besser als bei Luftgetrockneten Blüten. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
