This has been our go-to rice cooker for our business and is used each and every day for service. It's dead simple "set it and forget it", but we use it to full capacity of 32 cups each and every day. It's heavy duty, easy to use, and it was worth the money to purchase this. We had a cheaper rice cooker before this one and it burned the rice all the time and the build quality was very cheap. We liked this one so much, we also purchased the rice "warmer" from the same company.
