Everything arrived in good condition.Depending on the shoe I am either a 6.5 or 7 . I always buy 7 in Jessica Simpson heels and 6.5 in the flat. The 7 fits perfectly ! The first pair I ordered the buckle was broken but it was a quick fix and amazon sent me a new pair out immediately.I have worn these shoes to 2 weddings, my convocation, and several other smaller events over the past year. They are pretty high however, they are extremely comfortable. The thicker band across the toes prevents straps from digging in and the platforms makes them super easy to walk in and able to wear them for hours !A perfect pair of nude sandals for any event . ### ⭐⭐⭐ It's OK *by S***A on April 13, 2016* I wear a 9.5 in shoes generally and this was a perfect fit.
