Great resistance band!
The original band doesnโt have much resistance, but this one is perfect! I definitely recommend this band for any level including beginners!

Heavy to use
I am so disappointed with this item, I bought it thinking it would be more suited for my Les Mills program but it is so heavy and hardly can even pull let alone bind it to my foot and use it. I wish this was clearly stated !
