Hi. As long as your phone as bluetooth, they will work. Phone manufacturer does not matter.

It is pretty good, I can hear the Tv and conversations quite well with the music off. It is not as loud, but easily heard. With music playing, I can still hear it, but it is down quite a bit.

how do you keep them from falling out?

Returning them. That was what I had to do.
