It doesn't. It's exactly the same.

How are light grey celtic and flower of the ocean different?

Honestly not sure. I just know flower of the ocean puts back all the minerals back in me that I’m missing. I can tell when I’m low on those minerals cause my legs feel like 300 lbs. when I keep up on this one I feel much better! Not sure if that helps you out any but I really don’t know about the grey Celtic.
