Good quality and good value. Its a good size and throws out lots of heat even on the lowest heat and not too noisy. Easy to assemble the base to the heater and easy to follow instructions. I used the scan code and downloaded the Govee app to my phone which was simple to use. I also found it easy to connect to my Echo Show so I can use it wireless and Alexa can turn it on and off, or you can control the heater via the app or use it manually. Really impressed with this heater and would recommend it.

Following some research on the most efficient types of electric heaters, I looked at this one. Partly, because it connected to Alexa but also its colour and design. It was clean and fit with the decor. Some patience and carefully reading the guide is a must when connecting to WiFi and Alexa. The App always you to set an temperature in the same way as a thermostat. There are 3 heat level setting as well. On the lowest setting, this heater warmed up a small office room quickly. It also warms any immediate area in a large room. Overall, an excellent heater with good features and ideal for anyone with energy consumption considerations.

I bought two of these for use as additional heating in a holiday rental. Heating wise they work really well and are not too noisy. I also like the safety features of cut off after 24hrs and when knocked over (I even got an in-app message when this happened). The app also works really well. So far 5 stars! One of the important features for me was the ability to control the heater remotely. When guests leave the house I want to make sure the heaters are off and, if the weather is cold, I want the ability to turn the heaters on a couple of hours before guests arrive. When everything is set up properly this works brilliantly however it is easy for this to not work. These heaters do not automatically reconnect to the wifi if they get switched off then on at the wall :( If they did I would award a full 5 stars. If you switch off at the wall and then back on you have to physically touch two buttons on the heater to reconnect to the wifi. Our holiday let is not close to home so we have to rely on our cleaners to reconnect them. The reason guests switch them off at the wall is because when you turn them off using the button on the top the fan continues to run for 15 seconds (safety feature) and the guests get confused and just go to the wall and turn them off at the plug. We leave instruction but with the best will in the world, they don't often get read. Conclusion: brilliant heater and app just a small but annoying 'feature' with wifi connectivity.

I was so impressed with the use of this last winter, I bought a second one to go with it. It was perfectly satisfactory for our comfort and needs and dramatically cut down our energy costs as it's incredibly efficient. It offers a variety of levels of heat, can be left on for hours moving from side to side spreading a generous and satisfactory heat to a large room (12x24) at full. I love it. And for the price, it's a great way to cut down energy costs. As an old age pensioner myself, I would gladly recommend it to any others out there.

A good well designed portable heater with excellent app connectivity

This product is so good at keeping the room heated without overheating!! Just buy it already! Once you've connected the device with your phone through the app it gets even better as you can put it on a timer, its still gets cold where I live in the mornings so I programmed it to turn on low 30mins before I wake up and it's helped me a great deal! It's a nice size if you want to warm up one room :)

I purchased this heater on October 17, 2023, and while it initially worked fine in heating a small room, I experienced several issues from the start. It was impossible to pair it with my Alexa, and the Govee app was unreliable, often not working properly. Despite these issues, I had no alternative at the time due to the cold weather and continued using it. After storing it over the warmer months, I took it out yesterday to use it overnight as the temperature dropped. I set it on medium heat with a timer to turn off after 2 hours. When I woke up in the morning, the heater had turned off, and I noticed that the front netting appeared to have melted and shrink. This is extremely concerning, and now I am afraid to use it again as it could lead to more serious issues or even be a fire hazard. I’m currently trying to see if there’s any warranty on this device, but so far, I can’t find any information. I strongly advise against buying this product—it’s not safe, and the quality is very questionable.

This is a value for money, good quality heater. It’s a good size for what I need it for and it throws out lots of heat - even on the lowest setting. It’s quite easy to assemble the base to the heater with the easy to follow instructions. However, there a noise - a grating one - when oscillating. I don’t think this is normal as it’s there constantly. Can this be rectified?
