Bonjour, suis très déçu(e) par cet appareil photo. Les photos ne sont ni nettes ni de bonne qualité. À l'intérieur de la maison, les images sont floues, et lorsque je prends des photos d'un sujet un peu plus éloigné, le résultat est encore pire. J'ai acheté ce produit en m'attendant à une bien meilleure qualité, mais il ne correspond pas du tout à la description ni à mes attentes. Je souhaite retourner cet appareil et obtenir un remboursement intégral de mon achat. Merci de bien vouloir m'indiquer la procédure de retour et de procéder au remboursement dès réception du produit.
