How long does it take to grind for an aeropress (fine grind)?

That depends on how strong & fast you are, and what you’ve set your grind settings to; not to mention, the actual amount of beans you are grinding. For me, it takes less than a minute to produce about 15g of ground coffee; so, around 60+ turns of the handle. Your mileage may vary.

What is the difference between the c3s pro and c3 esp pro?

The ESP (for Espresso) model adds two minor steps between each major step on the Grind Adjustment dial to allow for finer control over grind size when grinding for espresso.

To put this in further context: the TIMEMORE recommended C3S Pro range for espresso is 7-8 clicks (two points of adjustment) vs. the C3 ESP Pro range of 0.8-1.1 circles (10 points of adjustment).

Without this finer adjustment you might have to live with an espresso shot that either choked or was too coarse/watery with probably no good in-between. The other alternative might have been to source a third-party "modded" adjustment dial with finer adjustment.

I dont even see this model on timemores website c3 esp pro? is it all metal including internals and the lid? why is every review a vine customer? cft?

I haven't been able to find this product on the TIMEMORE website either although a search for "ESP" on their global store turns up a different model with a different handle and non-numbered adjustment dial. It could be that this was only initially released to different regions and markets and TIMEMORE is (hopefully) preparing for a more formal global release (which might explain the advance Vine reviews).

Every component I have access to appears to be metal including the integrated struts around the shaft as well as the grind adjustment dial, lid, handle, knob, and catch cup. The only non-metal component appears to be the silicone padding on the bottom of the catch-cup.
