I purchased three of these fountains to replace plastic fountains I had that were just a pain to clean. I’ve had them for about 3 months now. This fountain is so much easier to clean in comparison to the plastic ones I had. The filter is still plastic as well as the piece that holds the spout in, but that’s much less plastic in comparison to what I was using. All of my cats love it and I’m noticing they are drinking more water. Pictured is my 17 year old CKD cat, and then my 1 year old that is just obsessed. I also appreciate how much water it holds! Since I have three, I know when I fill them for weekends away I don’t have to bug my cat sitter to refill the water! Just to take a peak that they’re still running. The only downside I guess is if you have a power outage, water may not stay on the top part of the fountain. So if you’re going away and don’t have a backup generator, I’d have another bowl of water out for your kitties just in case. Overall, great fountain. Very quiet and easy to clean. Easy to assemble and holds a good amount of water. Would purchase again!

It has been three years since I got it, and it is still working! Cats love it, and we are very satisfied overall.

**update- bought in August- broke in December I bought this stainless steel cat fountain thinking it would just keep my bougie feline hydrated. Instead, it turned my kitchen into a five-star spa retreat. My cat now struts over like she’s checking into the Ritz, takes a sip, and gives me that look that says, “Finally, peasant, you’ve met my standards.” The stainless steel design screams “modern chic,” and apparently water tastes better when it’s served like fine dining. She’s drinking more than ever—probably because she thinks it’s Evian on tap. Honestly, I’m just waiting for her to ask me to garnish it with cucumber slices. 10/10 would recommend if your cat thinks tap water is for peasants and hydration should be an experience.

The fountain has been great, my cat uses it all of the time. I got it in March of 2024 and unfortunately it’s November 2024 and it’s leaking out of the little window. To be honest, I wasn’t too happy about having an LED shining into the water my cat is drinking (led lighting is pretty bad for us, look into it), but I got it for convenience so that it was easier for the person watching her to make sure it was full. So I take responsibility for going against my better judgment, because otherwise it IS a great fountain. If you are intuitively feeling that this little window cut into the side of a water fountain isn’t the best idea, then go for the option without it. For anyone who doesn’t want to hear the noise of splashing, or even the motor, it is shockingly quiet. You can’t hear a thing. That’s impressive. I personally don’t mind the water noise, and I thought my cat would’ve preferred it just bc of how she sits and stares at sounds like that for long amounts of time, as cats do, lol. Well she also stares at the silent snow falling, and seems totally entrained with the vibe, so this super quiet water fountain must be similar; maybe it’s not the sound but the movement alone…. Interesting. It holds a lot of water, which is good, I like that. That’s no excuse for not cleaning it! I try to do it once every other week. Get some of those straw cleaner type things, in varied sizes, you’ll need it. After cleaning I run food grade peroxide through it, as that kills the bacteria. It comes apart completely and easily for cleaning, so there is no excuse. If you just add water all of the time without cleaning, the biofilms will accumulate FAST, and that’s not cool. That super slimy residue on your pets bowl? Biofilm. It’s on our things too, but if you don’t regularly clean things then they build up and are almost impossible to remove…. Causing all sorts of illness (and if that’s not enough to persuade to properly clean your pets bowls, then think of it as future vet bills and heartache when your pet develops health issues) and it’s gross. As a side note: to make it more likely that I’ll clean my pets bowls, I designate a sponge just for that. I noticed that’s why I wasn’t doing it as much as I should… bc who wants to use the same sponge they use on dishes for pet stuff? There’s really no excuse. When I open a new sponge, I cut it in half, and use one half for pets, one for people stuff. You can use different colors, whatever, just do it. And for people who think their pet doesn’t mind eating off of a disgustingly dirty bowl with dried rotten meat on it…… c’mon. Really? Maybe our pets snub us for a reason, no they definitely do. :) Since I’m lecturing… the best thing you can do for cat fountains, is put them up high! At least off the floor. They’ll appreciate the change from the norm. It makes them feel better too bc it creates a situation where they have to stay active and jump to get it. That’s a bonus obviously. And for people with dogs, you won’t have to refill it a hundred times a day (they need bigger amounts of water) if the dogs can’t reach it. Plus, they can just drink out of the toilet lol (KIDDING!). The best part is that if you put it up high, it will get less dusty inside. All of the particles from our people stuff that drop into their bowls in the floor…. God only knows what makes them sick. Everything! Okay, now I’m going to do what I came on here to do. Which is contact the company to see what they can do for our leaky fountain. If I have to replace it, I’ll probably get another from the same company bc it really is great overall.

The fountain itself works great and the cats like it, when NOT using the filter. It’s offers them 3 ways to drink and is a pretty easy to clean setup. Much better than the Drinkwell Platinum we moved from. It’s very quiet. If you hear a water noise, it’s because it’s low and needs to be filled. Also, easy to assemble and dissemble for cleaning. The pump is self contained and may present its own cleaning challenge over time, but will report back if so. Intend to run it in bleach water briefly to throughly clean it while doing the rest of the fountain. However, the filter adds a taste to the water they won’t drink, and the filter design doesn’t even force water through it. They’re little bags that sit in a plastic shell (so the replacements including the shell instead of just the bags is hugely wasteful and pointless, as the shell can be opened — see pics from other reviews) that contain charcoal and resin (?). Water takes the easiest path and that’s around those little bags… I figured it’s worth trying as enough water exposure may still benefit the water taste over time, but after a few days, the cats stopped drinking from the fountain. They’d go up to it like they wanted to drink from it, sit there for a bit like they were going to try to drink, and eventually leave. Eventually, I tasted the water and realized it had an odd taste. We use natural spring water from the store in the fountain, to eliminate any questionable tap/well water flavors, as we found with another cat that was able to detect water issues we could not taste. I thoroughly re-cleaned the fountain and pulled the filter. Added new spring water. And waited… and waited. It took them a good 2 days to start drinking from it again. That’s how put off they were by whatever the filters added to the water. We’d put small bowls of still water out to get them to drink something, which helped, but it took pulling those and waiting for them to finally re-try the fountain. After they did, it’s been great. Just don’t use the filters. To the sellers credit, I’d purchased the version with the filter pack figuring I’d be using them. I reached out and explained the situation and they refunded the filter pack. They stand behind the product, so while I’d pull a star for the filter design and performance, I’m adding one back for support. I ran the drinkwell (plastic) without filters for the longest time also, as they seemed to reduce the amount of time between cleanings, causing the ‘slime’ to build up faster than without the filter. Being that this fountain is mainly stainless steel, I feel it should be an even better situation. I’ll be cleaning it for the first time after extended use soon and will report back if there are any issues.

Initially I loved this fountain! Beautiful, easy to clean, quietm and although i can't really see the water mark, it it there. The problem is that the low cost is probably due to the fact the all the metis is NOT stainless steel as the silver started chipping off the top part after about 2 months. I am just hoping it dissolved and not into the water. My next one will be ALL stainless steel. I will look much more carefully at the description

I purchased this for my partners cat and it was very easy to assemble and use right away. I like the window that allows you to watch the water levels and even take a peek at the cleanliness of the water inside. It’s been about a month and the filter still seems really clean so we haven’t changed it yet. It fits right where her water bowl used to be and the design is nice and quiet with the little dome the fountain splashes on make it nearly silent outside a the faint motor hum. His cat loves it and uses it constantly (she has a condition that makes her dehydrated and still water wasn’t her thing) so it worked out perfectly. The water resivour hold a lot of water and my partner finds he really only needs to fill it once ever week or two so I assume this would work wonderful for anyone who is traveling and needs a peace of mind knowing their fur babies are getting fresh water while they are away. I have purchased another waterfall with a smaller reservoir that was made out of BPA free plastic and this one outshines it by far, especially being that metal is much safer for both cats and dogs to drink out of.

Bought the first one in May 2024 and liked it so bought a second June 2024. First ones motor died September 2025 and second one died January 2026. So the motors have a slightly shorter lifespan. But they do sell the motors by themselves at a decent price so I am able to replace. I really appreciate the design and that it is stainless steel and not plastic or heavy porcelain. It is easy to clean and the girls really like it and get excited when I top it off with more water. I have three cats and it is large enough to last a week before topping off with more water. It's also easy to assemble /disassemble and I have never had any leaks from it. Plus it is lightweight which I appreciate when cleaning. I recommend following its instructions on biweekly cleaning. Mostly a quick rinse to get the slobber and fur out of it so the motors life will last longer. And make sure the water doesn't get too low. It will burn motor up. Last note I will mention is do not use luke warm water on the motor itself. Almost killed one of the motors with that accident. Overall, great product with all its filters and extra parts or motors available here on Amazon. Only wish is that the motors would last a bit longer.

¿Qué he hecho todo este tiempo sin esta fuente? La verdad es que malgastar dinero en otros productos. Como madre perruna, me gustaría destacar los pros y contras de este producto, por si tu también buscas lo mejor para tu peludo. ✅ Frescor: el material de la fuente permite mantener, en la medida de lo posible, la frescura del agua ✅ Ruido: no hace nada de ruido. Simplemente, cuando se está quedando sin agua, puede ser que se escuche más, al tener poca presión. ¡Pero acaba siendo una ventaja! Así sabrás que le falta agua a tu peludo ✅ Limpieza: compré esta fuente porque estuve probando varios cuencos de estos que te prometen que tu perro no volverá a gotear. Spoiler: nunca dejarán de hacerlo. Quiero decir, reducir la altura de la base de donde beben, hará que se empapen menos, sí, pero no dejarán de hacerlo al 100%. Tras encontrar un cuenco que parecía prometedor, tuve que tirarlo porque al ser de plástico, cogía olor en seguida y de un día para el otro me dio la paranoia de que era muy poco higiénico (cierto es). Me decanté por este producto en especial por el material, ya que es el menos poroso y más limpio. La limpieza es muy sencilla, se desmonta fácilmente ✅ Filtros: los filtros para mí son indispensables para mantener el agua lo más limpia posible, y más si tu peludo tiene la manía (nótese la ironía) de babear. Eso sí, te recomiendo que los filtros los compres en otras plataformas. No me malinterpretes, ¡amo Amazon! Pero puede ser que te tire para atrás la idea de comprar esta fuente, ya que los filtros los tendrás que comprar a menudo. Por eso te aconsejo que los compres, en la mayor cantidad que puedas, por Aliexpress, Temu e incluso Shein ✅ Mirilla y luz: me parece un detallazo. Cuando hay poca luz en el ambiente, podrás ver a qué nivel está el agua. Un detalle importante para no tener que ir levantando la tapa ✅ Gran capacidad: tengo una rottweiler y bebe como si de un dromedario en el desierto se tratara. Aún así, los 3,2L me duran para 1-2 días, la voy rellenando hasta que pasa una semana y toca limpieza profunda ⛔Creo que no tengo ningún contra a destacar. Estoy muy contenta con la compra. Llevo meses usando este fuente y es una maravilla, en todos los aspectos. Al menos en mi experiencia, no se ha oxidado ni malgastado.

Ho aspettato 15 giorni di utilizzo prima di fare la review per testarla per bene: mai spenta, mai dato un problema. L'installazione è davvero semplice, la pompetta è USB ed ha l'adattatore per collegarlo alla rete. I due filtri, quello al carbone attivo e quello a spugna sulla pompa permettono di evitare che la maggior parte dei peli finisca all'interno della pompa stessa: in ogni caso la pompa è facilmente smontabile ed di facile pulizia, io l'ho fatta già due volte senza problemi: tempo 5 minuti. La pompa è silenziosissima ed il fruscio dovuto all'acqua è appena percettibile grazie al rialzo centrale che ne addolcisce la caduta. L'acqua, se riempita fino al massimo, può durare anche una settimana, in ogni caso il led interno permette di verificarne facilmente il livello tramite l'oblò. I miei mici ne sono entusiasti, dopo un paio d'ore in cui guardavano la fontanella sospettosamente si sono abituati e la apprezzano. Acquisto assolutamente consigliato.

My cats adore this Fountain more so than the plastic ones! Comes with lots of filters and is easy to clean Has a sticker on the back with a 2 year pump warranty which I think is amazing but not only that you can contact them for more free filters! It is robust and does not leak and is quiet when running And I love the design. I haven’t experienced much limescale build up as I have with plastic ones It’s easy to put together as is cleaning and changing filters I found these pet fountains to be cheap to purchase BUT a bit like printers the filters has been so costly to replace! So I used to just buy a new one instead as the limescale build up was an issue with plastic However this one holds plenty of water made of stainless still, plenty of filters and you can apply for more free! And a 2 year pump warranty what is there not to like? I am very happy with my purchase and was easy to contact them and they replied in quick time I have had my water fountain for 5 months and noted that the cats use this more than the previous ones I have owned and that’s quite a few!

Ho provato tante fontanelle per gatti, ne volevo una che fosse interamente di acciaio, sia perché più igienica, più facilmente lavabile e non provoca potenziali problemi di salute ai miei gatti. Ma allo stesso tempo volevo fosse funzionale, silenziosa, capiente, di facile manutenzione e non da ultimo non troppo costosa! Eccola! È economica rispetto a tante altre simili sul mercato, silenziosissima, non si sente assolutamente alcun rumore, ho 7 gatti e piace tantissimo a tutti loro, anche a quelli che prima non usavano le altre fontanelle! Bevono tutti molto volentieri, ad alcuni piace bere sull’ampio vassoio, altri sulla sfera dove l’acqua ricade, ad altri dal beccuccio, che assomiglia ai tanti amati rubinetti! L’acqua grazie al vassoio rimane pulita a lungo, il filtro è la pompa lavorano bene. È capiente, facile da pulire e dall’oblò frontale posso vedere il livello dell’acqua. Consigliatissima. Spero solo che i filtri, le parti di ricambio e la pompa siano sempre facilmente reperibili.
