I've been taking this supplement about a month now. I feel like this has helped tremendously! Better recovery from workouts, feel stronger and a extra kick in libido 😉. I could be wrong but I feel like it's helping reduce my body fat levels around my lower pec area. I know, I know you can't spot reduce fat, but we all know hormones can influence how we gain or lose said fat. By balancing my estrogen levels with this great product my pec fat has been going down! That's only the physical benefits. The mental health benefits I've noticed are incredible. I always been an alert person, but DIM has increased my mental sharpness and focus. I'm also feeling more calm and at ease. Which makes for a better you. Next time I order I would like to run a blood panel before and after to get more concrete evidence of this great supplement. 5/5 would recommend!

It enlightened my heart to read all of the other Amazon reviews on DIM. I feel I had been dealing with estrogen dominance for years now. Last year I ask my Doc for a FULL midlife check up with all the tests so that we have base markers from here forward and catch anything out of the ordinary now. I'm thinking she didnt order hormone tests? Only normal CBC cholesterol (for 1st time ever at 45). 4 days ago I started taking DIM. Started my period for 2nd time in 2 weeks?? By today, my mood is so incredibly better. My inflammation is going down which equals less joint pain. I feel like I let the air out of the sac of joint pain and cystic acne i was susceptible too. Cant wait to take this longer and see what else happens. I believe that no one will ever care for my health as much as i do, so we need to work with dr's so get what needs to be done and stay proactive. Lord knows how busy they are.

My wife has been taking this product for three months (once a day) and takes in conjunction with Calcium D Glucarate, which has meant a reduction in the likelihood of side effects (other reviewers had mentioned this as a concern). She has tolerated this supplement and has not had any adverse reactions/side effects. It appears to have had a beneficial effect on balancing her hormones and overall she tells me she is more energized, sleeping better, and her mood is more on an even keel. We will continue to purchase this product as it is affordable as opposed to other brands out there and it appears to be working.

Just turned 50 and in the early stages of menopause. Being perimenopausal has really been hard to adjust to. I have experienced night sweats, hot flashes, and acne. I have never had acne not even as a teen so it was hard to know what to do to treat it. Waking up in the middle of the night soaking wet, like someone poured a bucket of water on me, was very unpleasant and nasty. Hot flashes coming on out of the middle of nowhere, just not sure how to handle or adjust to It. I was prescribed a progestogen cream that seems to work for a while. I was starting to feel like normal. But then, I started to get pain in my lady bits. The pain was so extreme that I thought I would have to go to the ER. I did not know what it was at first then I searched the side effects online from the hormone therapy it was one of the side effects. After I stop taking the progesterone all my ugly symptoms can back. Night sweats, unable to sleep at night, hot flashes, and acne. I tried a few products that did nothing to stop this. I started online research to find a natural product to regulate my hormones without horrible side effects and ran across DIM. I read reviews of other women experiencing some of the same perimenopausal systems that stated it really worked for them. I tried it. I am almost on my third bottle and I can say it worked for me. My acne has pretty much gone. I am able to sleep at night without waking up with night sweats and my hot flashes have pretty much stopped. No side effects that I can say. I do have a sugar craving but I am not sure if it is from perimenopause or DIM. I have More joint flexibility. I feel great since taking this. It has really balanced my hormones I feel like myself. Not having side effects, has been so wonderful. Prescribed hormone treatments are no good and very unhealthy, some even cause Cancer. Natural is the way to go. Thanks, DIM. Got this and DHEA to help restore my hormone levels (self diagnosed, but i knew something was off). After thinking I had low estrogen I began birth control but that made everything worse. After looking up high estrogen levels and low testosterone I found DIM and DHEA can help. This product has been great and really helped! The price is great and so much more affordable than anything a doctor would prescribe. There's a broccoli taste to it at first but it goes away and I don't mind it.

Bought this to help balance my hormones. It’s amazing and has worked wonders! I’m almost 30 and a few months prior had started having breakouts around my time of the month, became very emotional, and couldn’t lose a few extra pounds I had gained & after starting this a month ago, I’ve had no more breakouts, less emotional bursts, and lost those stubborn pounds! Definitely gonna buy again! **Update: I’ve been taking this supplement for awhile now & it’s been magical for my hormones & PMS symptoms. Just got a new bottle yesterday and they’ve changed the formula! Why change something that’s not broken?! The bottle no longer says ‘60 Veggie Capsules’ and after opening there’s a weird smell. They also look a bit smaller than the old ones. I will try these for at least a week or 2 to see if i notice any differences or if they make me sick! ***Update: it’s been a little longer than 2 weeks & I’ve noticed some changes. It is currently 8 days before “shark week” and I can feel my cramps again, my skin is breaking out again, and my emotions are up & down. The original formula worked wonders to alleviate these symptoms and help balance my hormones. I’m gonna try these a little longer to finish the bottle and I’ll probably order from a different company.

I was fortunate enough to get to try this product, right as I was looking for a supplement to assist with my worsening hypothyroidism. I was initially dealing with daily bloating, lethargy, constipation, and mood swings. But after taking this daily (for nearly two weeks), I can honestly say the bloating has mostly disappeared for me. I even managed to lose a few pound, which seemed impossible before. While it did very little for the constipation issues, I did notice I had more energy and my moods became more stable. So I am genuinely pleased about the results I've seen thus far. The only real deterrent for me, is that I am extremely prone to sinus and hormone headaches. And this supplement has given me an intense headache that flares up about 4am, every single day that I've taken it. So I find myself regularly taking pain relievers at around 1 am to combat the discomfort and actually sleep. I did however read that taking DIM in conjunction with Calcium D Glucarate, can greatly reduce the likelihood of side effects. So I have been taking the two products together for the past few days. Hopefully this will help me be able to tolerate the DIM much better. But if not, I'm afraid I will have to discontinue using it and find another alternative.
