Purchased this as a "Santa" gift for my daughter and I. It's more beautiful than expected, the quality and craftsmanship that went into it is definitely exceptional. I honestly wasn't expecting this high of quality, sturdy (without being too heavy) classy looking box. It is definitely built to last a long time. Everything functions flawlessly. The magnets strong and holds closed nicely, hinges are definitely great quality. The storage compartment fits everything perfectly without worrying about anything spilling out when you go to open it. Pegs are exceptionally nice and solid and fit perfectly in the perfectly drilled holes. Love that it comes with two decks of cards, while the cards themselves seem a bit cheap everything else more than makes up for it. We have taken it with us on trips to play in our motel room in the evening without worrying about loosing anything because like I mentioned it's very sturdy and everything has it's spot inside the box. The cribbage board top is easy to use, clearly marked and well painted. I can't say enough about how much we absolutely love this set. If we ever do wear this one out, which doesn't seem like it anytime soon and we play all the time, I would definitely purchase another one.

Absolutely love this board. I play with a group and they all love this board; they ask me to bring it over when we play! One time around (a must), great metal pegs. Two decks of cards and a box/board/case that looks awesome!!!

Great cribbage board. It's solid and sturdy, classy looking, and comes with a convenient case. Great for traveling. Bought for a vacation house, and will buy a second to replace the one at home.

A nice set for the price - Pros: The all-metal pegs, they feel heavy and substantial! They won't break like plastic pegs might. The wooden board with magnetic closure device is attractive and the magnets close the lid quite firmly and securely. The generous storage area holds 2 decks of cards, I replaced the 'free' decks with jumbo index cards from a well-known playing card company named after a 2-wheel mode of transportation. The replacement decks are a tad larger but can wiggle into the foam cutout spaces provided inside the board's hinged compartment. I found a plastic keeper case to hold the metal pegs when not in use that also fits in the storage area. Cons: One of the peg holes in the racetrack (scoring area) was not drilled well. I had to 'force' the metal peg into the hole. Not a huge deal. Wish they provided a nice plastic holder for the pegs that would be nice. Numbers every 5 holes on the board should be larger (if possible) VERY hard to read with senior eyes! The folks in my 55+ cribbage club admired my new Amerous board! They said it was attractive and were pleasantly impressed by the magnetically-clasped hinged lid with storage for 2 decks of cards and 9 (included) heavy-duty metal pegs.

Love this board for so many reasons. Easy to remember what street you’re on( no pegging backwards 😂)! Looks cool. Three player capability. Weight of the pegs feels good in your hands. Storage keeps all you cards and pegs together. U can keep track of how many games you win/lose.. play. Great value for the money!

This item came exactly as I imagined it would be. It was delivered timely it was in a very secure and protected box. The quality was good. There were great instructions. I am just learning this game so I might not be the best reviewer, but I was very pleased with what I received. I thought it was definitely Worth the money that I paid. I was looking for something that would keep all of the pieces together and travel well. This one definitely has been the right choice for me.

Very happy with this product. All the components are very good quality. The cards were a dream to shuffle right out of the box. The wood box is sturdy and nice, even the cardboard box is thick and of good quality. Nice job on this product. Only problem is the skunk line is not marked, but not that big of deal.
