The twist?—Now you can pass it on! 5 Second Rule just got even more spontaneous and unpredictable with the all-new Relay baton! It should be easy to name pizza toppings—but can you do it under the pressure of 5 seconds counting down, after another player puts you on the spot? List one thing in your category, then hand off the electronic baton to any other player—you decide who has to answer next! Time’s not on your side, so just say what comes to mind and risk ridiculous answers slipping out! 350 Question Cards (700 Questions) Relay Baton 12 Pass on Cards 12 Switch Cards Rules Starting The Game Read the card out loud and push the button on the opposite end of the baton to start the clock! You have 5 seconds to answer! Pass It On Pass the baton to any other player! They have 5 seconds to shout our a new answer and then pass it on to another player. Keep passing the baton until someone repeats an answer or runs out of time. Lose A Life or Pass If you can't answer or repeat what another player has said you lose a life! Alternatively you can use a pass card at the beginning of a round to sit out until the next question card is drawn. For 2-12 Players Pull out the Life and Pass cards and distribute them evenly to each player. For 13 or More Players Do not use the life or pass cards. Winning! The winner is the last player left in the game.
