Geography Activity Book For Kids Ages 8-12: The Ultimate Geography Workbook with 80 Engaging Activities and Games for Curious Little Learners

Any book containing word searches is a winner with my children. Purchased for children ages 8 and 9. Firstly, I love the texture of the book cover. The printing is good quality and no errors of note. The book covers a good range of basics which my 2 were quite confident to tackle with minimal guidance. The information provided is clear and considered and not unnecessarily overcomplicated. The questions posed are clear and easy to follow. Would like to see this in a range of books across different age ranges. This particular book is excellent for ages 8, 9 and 10, however, while not unsuitable for ages 11 and 12, a "book 2" would be useful following completion of this. To end, I would recommend this book for anyone homeschooling or looking to extend or consolidate in-class learning.

An interesting and fun way to introduce geography to young perdon

It's a fun activity book that covers a lot of topics. My only issue is the activities where you can lable the maps, they arnt great. In relation to each other the islands arnt to scale or of proper shape compared to a globe or map making it hard to identify what the islands are supposed to be. Another problem is you don't get a lot of space to write anything on the smaller islands or if it's a long name but there's not much room on the page to write it elsewhere.

This book has a nice selection of puzzles and activities all with a geography theme. Quizzes, word searches, drawing and colouring activities. My children are 10 and 12 and are keen to have a go at the activities which look fun although I think they are a bit too young for my 12 year old. It feels like a puzzle book but its a great way to sneak in some extra learning over the summer.

My 8 year old son likes this, it’s interesting and full of lots of different activities. Good for adults too !

I purchased this geographic coloring book for my geography-loving child, and it was a fantastic choice! He enjoyed using it on the airplane for several hours, which kept him engaged and entertained. The combination of fun coloring and educational content made it perfect for traveling. It’s a great way for kids to learn about the world while being creative. My 12 yo daughter loves geography. She completed the DK Series up to 6th grade and then I went looking for a new geography workbook since she liked the DK series so much. I tried a few different ones, and this book is just way more fun and engaging than any of the other geography workbooks I could find. Recommended!
