I’m very happy with the Plyo Box! It’s a great addition to my home workout setup and works well for a variety of exercises, including box jumps, step-ups, and strength training routines. I followed a previous reviewers advise and used a power drill. It went together beautifully. There was one side ( 2 holes) that weren’t lined up right, but I just threw in a screw that didn’t require pre drilling. Honestly, there’s enough dang screws that you wouldn’t even need to worry about it. I did a test jump and there was no wobble. It’s great for box jumps as well as many other things where I would use a bench or steps. Now I don’t have to. I purchase the 12x14x16 and plant to purchase the next size up. It is a good weight, easy to move but definitely well made.

Very well made Plyo box!! very sturdy and thick panels of wood, also surprisingly came with bracing for the interior, this box could probably hold an elephant lol. The box feels as though they made it with safety in mind, along with cutouts for handles and portability, it is very stable and with a variety of heights to help with lower body strength and hopefully vertical!! Will be buying other boxes from this company!! Also A+ for communication, and fast shipping!!

This is very easy to put together. I am 60+ and just getting into shape. I dit it by myself. Now, with so many height to choose from I can get as much of a workout as I need. I also started out at 230 lb and it did not even squeak in protest. I felt very secure stepping on and off. Definately worth the investment and will last as long as you are willing to use it

Worth the money. Love the options with the different heights. It’s sturdy, solid and easy to assemble.

Bought to add step ups to our exercise regimen. Thought about just building one from scratch, but went this route. The assembly directions are poor. However, the pieces all fit together well. Do not tighten the screws till all pieces assembled, or it's hard to get the last side to fit. And you need a power drill to set the screws, not a hand screwdriver. And they send a tiny screwdriver with everything. It has to be a joke. I did have some areas around the screws splinter when the screws were tightened. All in all, it is as good as I could have made from scratch.

Seems sturdy so far, could benefit from more handles to turn it more easily and it is too heavy to more around rooms frequently (roughly 15kg). Benefit of the weight and nonslip surface is that I haven't needed to have it up against a wall as is necessary for some of the lighter boxes. Wish it were cheaper as it is mostly plywood, but it seemed the best value premade box from options available.

Solid pylo box, i use mine for rehabbing my partially torn meniscus' on both knees, (hurting unit lol), i don't think i would recommend jumping on this box, as it does have a nice coating on the wood it isn't terribly grippy, could probably work if you had to box against the wall for jumps, there are internal supports in the box that reinforce the box I'm currently 300lbs and use resistance bands and kettlebells when using the box, i would highly recommend this box.

Las piezas encajan perfectamente y también los agujeros de los tornillos pre-taladrados. Falta ver cómo aguantará el paso del tiempo pero se ve de buena calidad, más teniendo en cuenta el precio contenido que tiene. Los tornillos también son de calidad, aunque pienso que deberían ser hexagonales, en lugar de phillips. No todo el mundo tiene en casa el destornillador adecuado para darle el apriete requerido y el que viene con el cajón es de risa. Literalmente da risa verlo.

Die Lieferung, wie immer pünktlich. Der Preis und das Material finde ich hervorragend. Der mitgelieferte Kreuzschraubenzieher ist natürlich nicht geeignet die dicken Schrauben reinzudrehen. Ich arbeitete mit normalen Kreuzschraubenzieher, habe leider kein Akkuschrauber. Der Preis dafür war, eine Blase an der Hand. Es gibt wirklich viele Schrauben. Eine Ecke ist minimal wackelig, so etwa halben Millimeter. Kann durch ungleichen festschrauben kommen, denke ich Mal. Sonst sitzen die Schrauben richtig tief, sodass der glatte Fußboden nicht zerkratzt wird. Zur Sicherheit Silikonmatte runter legen. Hätte ich mehr Platz in der Wohnung, dann hätte ich auch die größere Springbox gekauft. Bin total zufrieden. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung
