Excellent party blowers. Need them in bulk for a charity project. Highly recommend.

PARTY TIME!!
There are great little noise makers. a little smaller thani expected, but turns out the have great sound. They have such cheeful color. great for any sitiuation requiring extra noise!!!

Easy to switch out
We love these. They're easy to switch out. I have a number four and my wife has a number seven, and they fit both. #DRDERISE .

Cheap and brakes easily
They are cheap for a reason. The tape attaching the blowing part gets lose easily.

Fun
I got these for my husband’s birthday party, and our nieces and nephews had so much fun with these. There are lots of different colors. They do actually make noise, not just blow open. The blowouts are made out of a shiny material, and the whistles are made out of plastic, so they don’t get wet/soggy from use. They last well and don’t just break on the first few blows.

Affordable air what you get
You get a lot of horns for the price. Not all of them work but for as many as you get, that’s ok. We used them for games and bringing in the new year. I still have tons of them left. My grand kids absolutely loves them!

Poor quality
Disappointed. Purchased for my preK classroom and they got holes after just a few blows. Had to give multiple horns to students instead of being able to save for a later time as planned

Generally have been good. Issue with the most recent batch.
I have bought multiple packs of these. They have mainly been very good for the price. The latest batch, about half of the foil ones (about 25% of the whole amount) had issues where the foil portion wasn't properly taped down to the plastic, making the support wire poke out or making the noisemaker not function. They were also sticking together because of this. No issues with the paper versions.
