Needed an auger drill bit to dig 1ft holes for 2"x2" poles, this one did the job perfectly. The poles fit nicely. The fact that it's orange is great, I can see where it's at in the dark holes. I have other black augers and they're impossible to see once they dug deep in the ground.

THIS THING WORKS GREAT!!!! I wish I had bought one of these YEARS ago. WOW. Well worth the money! Such a time and energy saver!!!!!!

It worked very well to auger a 2 inch hole so I could put in a tree post support. I am sure it will work great for bulbs.
