Significantly improved my sleep quality!
I bought this because we live in a two story house and my house AC just doesn't cool my bedroom like the rest of the house. I shut vents downstairs and turned my house AC way down. That only caused my unit to freeze and cost $300 for a new compressor. Needed another solution (besides a $10k fix for an electrician to install an additional unit that works solely for the upstairs. Nope). I am a super hot sleeper, so I only use it at night ... it's got an 8 hour timer which makes it convenient to set and not worry about. It was super easy to set up, the vent fits perfectly in our window and it's hidden behind our curtain. I honestly did not have high hopes for this, as I've used portable AC units in the past. This one has held up and does exactly what I need it to. Life saver, as I was not sleeping well at all.

Impressed so far - took a chance, you should too!
So far so good! The Midwest summer temps haven’t hit yet but this will def keep my 700 sq ft apartment cool all summer long. The installation was so easy and way better than my window AC installation. No back pain! I have it located in my bedroom and it circulated throughout my apartment well (just have fans to help circulate).I can’t seem to get the WiFi connected to my phone app. I tried a few times and gave up.The ‘auto’ option is great too! I am used to the noise of a city so an AC unit noise doesn’t bother me. Sleeping cool is my number one priority in summer!

Good, but could be better with longer hose
The unit is light than other models I have had but seems to be working OK so far. Had to purchase a 80" hose thoug. I think most people would have been fine to pay a few dollard more as 59" is just not satisfactory, for my installation anyway. Also the hose to housing square adapter is very light weight and easily becomes disconnected from the unit. Again longer hose helps here too.

Amazing little portable A/C unit.
Great little portable A/C, it won't cool a huge room but for an office or bedroom this is the perfect option for both price and convenience. I don't use the app, and don't think I will. I don't see what benefits the app could offer besides a sleep timer? Which it has built in. The Remote and basic functions on the unit are easy enough to use. It came quick and in great condition no dings or scratches. It's a heavy little unit though so be careful lifting it. I used a dolly in bring it into the house And put in my office. I tested it at 70F, on high fan setting and it cooled my office in about 10 minutes. I 100% recommended if your looking to cool an office space, bedroom, or a smaller sized room for the upcoming hot summer. Oh and the instructions address an issue of ice building up and blocking air flow and to turn it up if that's happening. So this little thing can get some pretty cold air pumping. Only con I can offer, is that it is a little noisey, but that doesn't really bother me cause I'll take the noise and cool air over a hot mugging office quite office.

Couldn’t run it without drain hose. Does not self evaporate
I set this unit up in my bedroom. It’s supposed to be a self evaporating unit. My unit definitely does not. I couldn’t run it more than 20 minutes without it turning off because the water needed to be drained out of the catch pans inside the unit that were full. I went through this process 3 times in a row. I’ve had other brand units that were self evaporating never needed to be emptied. I contacted their service dept. by email so far they replied how warm was it in the room. The only way I could use this is to attach a drain hose and let the water collect in a bucket. Not Happening.

Made with high quality
Very good portable air conditioner! We are very pleased, it is perfect for the living room and kitchen, but a bit noisy for the bedroom.

Details are not accurate
Was so excited to make this purchase believing the caption written indicating quite low noise however not true! The noise level is higher than my regular window ac. Plus installation looks easy expect the window panel provided is too long for my standard window. Instructions say to cut as needed and I’m pretty handy but I don’t have a saw or machine to cut a thick plastic! Not happy - SMH thought this was going to be easy.
