The Dame Cup is the first menstrual cup I’ve ever tried, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. I was honestly a little nervous at first, but it turned out to be incredibly easy to use. The instructions were clear, straightforward, and made the whole process feel simple and approachable. What really stood out to me was how comfortable it was to wear. Once it was in place, I barely noticed it was there. No discomfort, no constant adjusting—just reliable, stress-free protection. It made me wonder why I hadn’t made the switch sooner. If you’re considering trying a menstrual cup for the first time, the Dame Cup is an excellent place to start. It’s user-friendly, thoughtfully designed, and truly delivers on comfort.

After realising my first cup from Lunette (silicone) has reached 9 years old, I thought it's time to find a new cup. I found out about Dame after coming across their reusable pads in Holland & Barrett. Make sure to watch their full instructional video on YouTube as I almost boiled the cup after unpacking because I'm a bit OCD. Turns out the sani-polymer coating means it actually ruins it if you put it in boiling water. However I still washed it with hand soap before first use, just in case. They do say avoid dishwashing or any harsh detergent. All it needs to be cleaned with is WARM water. This is a complete game changer compared to my old Lunette cup's maintenance regime. If this is your first ever period cup, you may find the learning curve a bit steep due to the stiffer TPE material, compared to softer silicone. TPE changes its shape and soften when coming in contact with body temperature, so remember to allow about 5 minutes for the cup to start contouring to your body after insertion, and you will forget that it's there. I have to use the C-fold on this cup instead of the punch-down fold I've always used on my silicone cup since the stiffer brim unfolds less easily. If you have low cervix, definitely trim or cut off that stem, as that's what I did to my first cup to achieve that ultimate no-wear feeling.

Was very excited about this cup as no boiling needed so thought it will be perfect for holidays. Unfortunately I experienced very bad leaking during the night. I decided to try it on my another period as I really wanted it to work… what a bad surprise - the cup was leaking not only during the night but also during the day. Wasn’t even full. I’m very disappointed. Wrote to their customer service and never got any answer. Their automated chat service advised to contact Amazon which I did and I’m waiting for a refund on return.

Can't fault this product, use it every single cycle and has changed how I handle my period now. Takes a few times to get the hang of how to use but once you find what works better for you it is a game changer. I can go about my day without the usual stress of leaks and hassle that comes from pads and tampons. Also a big money saver being reusuable so is better for the planet and finances! Highly recommend.

Without going into great detail, it’s comfortable and works well (no leaking). Perhaps I love it so much because it isn’t my first one and I am used to how I like to put it in and that feeling of when it pops inside me to create the airlock- I remember how scary it was the first few times with my first cup. I think what I like about this one is its narrow rather then a wide rim and soft enough to fold but not too soft it doesn’t pop into place correctly. I did cut off the stem because I don’t like the feel of it and I have a low cervix so it’s not needed. For a good quality cup, it’s definitely worth the price. If you are new to using a cup, they provide an easy how to guide with the QR code in the box. You have to be patent and learn your body in a way you don’t have to with tampons but well worth it for your peace of mind and the environment

This is the best cup I have used, no leaks, easy to put/remove, the fact that I don't need to boil it really is a holiday saver and it's very hygienic, I ve been using it for years and all my tests are clear

I am 37 years old and not had a baby. I bought the large on recommendation that older women need the larger size. This feels huge to put in and really firm so it starts top open up before I have it in place. I have been on the coil for 5 years with no period but prior to that I used a different brand cup that was a similar size but a lot less rigid. I like the wide end on the tail to help my fingers hold onto the tail as the suction is crazy. The tail could be longer as i have to put my fingers far in to grab it a there’s a few seconds of anxiousness that I can’t get it to move. Overall this cup doesn’t suit me and I will try the other brand. I think if you have had kids then buy the large but if you have not I don’t think you should worry about age when buying this.

Great product and one of the best decisions I have made. I can’t even go back to tampons and pads now knowing what I have been missing
