So informative and helpful to make sure I am doing the poses right!
I really appreciate these cards, they were perfect until I accidentally spilled my water bottle on them but I have a rubber band around them trying to re-flatten them out. I put them on the ring. I refer to my type of yoga as "ghetto yoga" because I just have gotten my poses of pintrest. I love these cards because they ensure I am performing the poses the right way and those that are beneficial for something I want to work on again. If my cards do not flatten back to normal, honestly I will most likely purchase another pack! I would definately recommend!

POCKET WATERPROOF STRETCHING CARDS!
I love how it is compact and waterproof. It also has 70 poses that are great for beginners. Also the seller was responsive with my message and even offered a free replacement. But luckily I found the rest of the cards at our recycling bin. Someone accidentally threw them and I managed to retrieve them. Great quality!

Great cards
Great cards but wish they were rated and in order by difficulty for newbies

Adaptable from beginner to advanced
I wanted cards that I could use for PTSD therapy, mixing and matching to see what worked depending on how I was feeling, while letting me be as basic or advanced as needed. I review the sequence, reading the card backs to refresh the poses and tips then turn them over so the large photos are visible. I love the photo with no distracting writing! A glance to see what's next and I'm moving on. Definitely recommend.

Addictive
This is not the last deck of yoga cards that I have purchased, and I'll probably buy a couple more if I find some that appear to contain additional poses. I love that they allow me to build a yoga routine that accommodates my limitations while I am recovering from an injury. I place them out on the coffee table as cues as I go through the motions. I wish I had these when I was traveling for work. They would have been perfect for me to continue to learn yoga while traveling.

Thin
Extremely small cards and material is thin. Would not recommend.

Great for helping sequence classes
These cards are great for ideas for sequencing classes. They are heavy duty and have a lot of information included on them.

Nice feel
They are smooth and easy to work with even if you have tactile issues. I wish there was a more covenitnt, organized deck. But I do recommend them.
