Britax Alpine™ Infant Car Seat Base with ClickTight®

Bought this for an additional base to our willow car seat and I love it!

I have a 23, 16 and 9 week old. I used Britax car seats and strollers for all 3 of them. Easy to install and light weight.

Absolutely love the Britax brand. This was base bought for 2nd car. Such fantastic quality.

I LOVE this base. When installed in the middle removable seat in my 2016 Sienna, which has no latches and is super small, so just using the seat belt, it feels EXTREMELY secure. Like it does not even budge a cm. Gives me so much peace of mind because many doubt this middle seat is safe for car seats, but I have done my research and it is. And it feels especially safe using the Click Tight technology. This is my first piece of Britax equipment, but I will consider any Britax product in the future, especially if installing in a seat without latches. It is also nice and slim and heavy enough to feel very durable. Since it doesn't have a load leg, just the rebound reduce bar, it is super versatile for many cars, and I can still move the seats back and forth. One more thing, for people who have an issue getting the car seat off the base... I have a Willow S and I find I just have to lift the back of the car seat (where baby's head is) up first, and it comes right off. If I try to lift the whole thing straight up, I too experienced it getting stuck. Once I knew how, it was not an issue at all. 1000% recommend this base!

Poor customer service only offers service on days weekdays so people with actual jobs don’t have time to contact them about they’re terrible products. I purchased originally a willow car seat for my truck that my wife drives daily and it is almost impossible for her to push down into the base in the truck which is in my opinion a terrible design and then for some reason I decided instead of just getting a better car seat I got another base which they don’t make for the willow seat but the Britt’s website states that the willow seat fits into the alpine base so I wasted my money on that because the car seat base either does not fit into my Cadillac ats or the base is incorrect for the seat. Either way this car seat has been a headache from the beginning I hope they can make this $1000 dollor hole they put in my bank account right because this seat has been absolutely terrible
