This toilet seat was very easy to install and fit perfectly on my round toilet. The soft-close feature works smoothly and quietly, with no slamming at all. The seat feels solid and comfortable, not flimsy, and the hinges hold it firmly in place without shifting. Overall, it’s a simple upgrade that makes a noticeable difference in daily use. Good quality, clean look, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

With two teenage boys in the house, toilet seats don’t usually last long...bolts come loose, parts go missing, stains happen. This is the first toilet seat we’ve bought that has truly withstood the abuse. It’s sturdy, stays securely in place, and the soft-close feature still works perfectly. It’s also surprisingly comfortable and looks clean and modern without being expensive. Easy to install, easy to clean, and honestly a great value. I’d absolutely buy this again.

Easy to install and fits well. Feels sturdy enough. My only complaint is it has to be pushed down past a certain point to finish self-closing. Not as easy as some other brands I’ve seen but not a deal breaker for us either.

This is great quality, a very sturdy seat that doesn't bend or give if you sit on it when it is closed. I also like the soft close feature. The size is exactly as advertised and fit perfectly.

A Must-Have Upgrade for RV Campers! I recently installed this soft close toilet seat in my RV camper, and I couldn't be more pleased with the upgrade! The old seat would fall down while driving, creating loud noises that were quite annoying. Since installing this new one, those worries are a thing of the past! The soft close feature is fantastic—it closes gently and quietly, which is especially nice in a small space like an RV. No more unexpected loud bangs! The installation process was straightforward, and the seat fits perfectly. Not only does it function beautifully, but it also adds a touch of comfort to our bathroom. So the seat is solid, no major defects that would cause it not to operate. The lid is soft close to the point you need to push the seat down till it reaches at least 8 inches from the seat. Those aren't big issues as over time I expect the seat will loosen up. The unfortunate things about the seat are that the white is not a true white. More of an off white towards cream. The other thing is that the seat is oddly narrow ( see pics) the sides of the toilet are a lot more visible with this seat than the one it replaced.

Update: worked this out with the manufacturer and I am content. I love great customer service so I am now giving five stars. Previous review: 1 star Don't bother - small in size and scratches easily.

Looks great and easy to install. Seat slides a little [havs plastic feet to create space between the seat and toilet]. Quiet. High quality.
