Saved My Roof
I live in the Tampa Bay area with a clay tile roof home. We had a lot of ridge/hip tile blow off in Hurricane Helene and when Milton became a Cat 5 with Tampa in the middle of the cone. I was able to get my solar panel guy to go up on the roof with extra ridge caps we had on hand and place a lot of this adhesive so the very damaged hip and ridge caps were all back down. When Milton hit. it took off the rest of the ridge caps not glued down by this Dupont adhesive and zero tile he glued down blew off. Without the emergency repairs I feel certain that far far more damage would have occurred in the 2nd storm just days apart.
