**Q: Are the hearing aid domes flexible or hard?   I want to purchase for someone with very small slits in their ears to put them in so they must be flex.**
A: My husband uses the hearing aides.  My impression is that they are more hard than flexible.  He says they work very well and at times, has to turn it down as low as it will go as things will be too loud.  They have worked well for his needs.

**Q: Why are your reviews are Cases/containers? Is this a real hearing aid listing? This is very confusing for us, customers.**
A: I got them they are an amplifier. I haven’t used them yet
