Healthy candy that taste great
No food dye-yeah!🥳 They’re very fruity and sweet. I’ve only had a few to indulge because my family scoff them up too quickly and ask for more.

Tasty little morsels
Candy is packaged well and fresh. It's your typical jelly candy with a sugar coating; very comparable to Sunkist Fruit Gems. The flavors are good except lemon, you don't get much lemon flavor. They're a nice treat to have but $14.99/lb is steep and not worth ordering regularly in my opinion.

Not what we expected
US CONSUMERS: THIS IS ITALIAN CANDY. A NUMBER OF COUNTRIES IN EUROPE HAVE A SWEET TOOTH THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE THE QUANTITY OF SUGAR THAT THE UNITED STATES USES. APPARENTLY ITALY IS ONE OF THEM. My daughter said: "Okay you put citric acid in a bag, so what." Another family member said "Meh". My opinion is it's on the tart side. We're cool with tart, but we saw granulated sugar under the wrappers. Sweet was what we expected.

Deliziose! Will Buy These Again
Italy does anything you can eat wonderfully -- these are no exception. Really great authentic flavors, not artificial tasting. I regularly order hard Italian fruit candies for the firm candy dishes and when my brand was out of stock, here on Amazon (only place I can get them), I decided to change things up and get chewy candies. Initially, I was concerned about the phrase "Diet Type," above, as I did not want candies sweetened with artificial sweeteners like xylitol and whatnot. So, if you're concerned like I was, they're made with real sugar, and the diet type only means they're vegan and gluten free. Sono molte buone!
