The best tasting seamoss!
First thing, the packaging was A-1 and thoughtful on the customers behalf. 2nd, they even added a spoon! Just another thoughtful gesture on the customers behalf. 3rd, the taste the taste the taaaaste!!!!! Sooo good and easy to swallow.I can not lie when I tell you this, but before I do, let me give you the back end. STORY TIIIME! Ok real quick, I’ve been very lethargic and trying to force myself to work out for weeks!!!!! The very first day of consuming this moss gold on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, I working out for an hour and 20 minutes. I actually hurt my muscles by “going hard “ I just didn’t want to stop, I literally had to force myself to quit.All I’m saying here is, this company have a LIFETIME customer you hear me? LIFETIME!P.s. Amazon can I get a little commission off of this review because baybeeee this was a damn good truth I shared. You’re welcome.

An excellent nutrient source!
Not only do you enjoy the incredible health benefits of sea moss, but its delicious flavor is remarkably similar to jelly! My children love the taste and even use it to make walnut butter and sea moss "jelly" sandwiches. It's a tasty and nutritious twist on a classic snack!

Not for me
The taste was very good,but I have thyroid issues after reading up on seamoss thyroid medicine and seamoss are not suppose to be use at the same time.It may be a GREAT product but I stopped taking it for my health reasons.

I noticed some health benefits (reduced bloat and hunger and more energy). It tasted like medicine but that’s helpful so I don’t mistake it for dessert or jam. I’m trying another brand now that has the advantage of being sweetened with monkfruit and has less calories - just because it was on sale. May return to this brand if the price drops. Sea moss gel is unfortunately too expensive.

The taste was okay. It was very thick. I don't know if it did any good for me. So I can't even say but I don't think I will want to buy it again.Cause it was just too thick for me
