Silent, cool, clean
Maybe it’s because I ran a server fan on low rpms, but compared to my previous 3000rpm noctua fans this phenomenally quiet and cooler. Temps dropped 20c and I can barely hear a thing now. Great to have a silent room! Also the connectors made it so easy for me to tidy up the cable management. No more nasty fan splitter cables!

Noctua watch out. Lian Li has got a winner here.
I used these fans on a Deepcool LT 720 AIO cooling a Intel Core i7-12700KF. The case is a Lian Li SUP01. Pretty good temps with the manual fan curve I set. Idle 28 to 32 C. Load 15-minute CPU stress test its never went over 55 C. The big pro is how easy it was to connect all 3 fans together and they fit perfect on the AIO. For noise levels they are on par with Noctua's Chromax offerings but at 55% of the cost and only need one cable. Highly recommend these if you need non-RGB fans. Install tip skip the fan speed controller and plug them directly into the motherboard PWM header. Yes, they will run fine with your fan settings. Will be ordering more of these to keep on hand.

Ramps up on power on/wake from sleep
Motor ramps up when computer is turned on or from sleep, no matter what % the fan is set to in BIOS or Fancontrol. Also ramps up when up from 0%.High quality fan with a ton of RPM range, nice connection options, and very well built. I ordered the Noctua A12x25 also, and those don't have the ramping problem. They get up to target rpm as intended and not with a burst of voltage that makes the fan spin from 0 quickly to ~1,800rpm when it starts, then falls, then goes up to its desired speed. It annoyed me every time I turned on my otherwise totally silent PC

Quite good
Comparing the noise to Noctua A12X25, its less pleasant, more 'fan motor noise' when it gets going, but they generally seem to perform better. Install it easy, but I wish there was better options for cable management. There is a little click in cable to go to a 2nd fan, wish it could go to a standard 4 pin pwm cable instead. The side without the tabs is the only end that can wire up to a pwm cable, which is a little disappointing.Overall though, the reduction in cable mess is so worth it.

Great radiator fan and great for cable management
I bought this and replaced the fans on my corsair AIO with this. I instead use the corsair fans as case fans. These fans are fantastic. Very strong CFM, and static pressure. I can feel the air it's pulling through the radiator. As for temperatures, it keeps my 265k at a fairly low temp (34 to 37 idle, 70-72 under normal loads, 75- 82 for certain stress test) - although i have nothing to compare it against. Ultimately, i would buy these again since it makes cable management way easier.

Top noise normalized low rpm performance
These move a lot of air at low rpms. Running at 1050 rpm these p28 fans are way under my noise floor pushing through a radiator. Can run them down to around 200rpm and also shut them off via pwm control (it says so on the box too).

This fan is "Loud"
This is a great fan, moves a lot of air, daisy chain and easy to install. However, be prepared for the noise profile, this fan is Loud after 40%, sounds like jet engine after 80%.I have it at 40% in a NZXT H9 Flow case, you might run into problem for the rear exhaust if you use the same case, the frame is about 2mm too thick to fit the exhaust.
