My 17yr old loves the tuna flavor
My 17 year old cat loves Tiki Cat Silver tuna flavor. I tried the other flavors, but she didn't care for them especially the chicken. Hopefully she puts on a little more weight by eating this.

Love
Bought this to tide my cat over after her normal brand was delayed. She loves this so much better and refuses to go back to her old food.

Better for kidneys than most foods.
Background: My cat has IBD and CKD. She's been losing weight for a year. I believe her previous food caused this because her IBD may have been triggered by chicken, the food was low in calories, and all the calories were protein. I switched my cat to Tiki Cat Silver Tuna and Mackerel which has a more calories per can, good amount of fat, and lower phosphorus. The protein and phosphorus level is still too high for a cat with CKD, but good for healthy cats. I'm mixing in 1.5 Tbsp prescription kidney kibble (Purina Pro-Plan NF that she hated on its own), blended to powder. That adds more fat, some carbs, and less phosphorus to the mixture. She loves the mixture. It's a good ratio of protein, fat, and carbs. The prescription food also includes some form of "appetite enhancer". She's put on 1/2 pound in 2 weeks. I assume some of that is food in her intestines or water weight, but at least some of that is probably healthy weight gain.

Good until I found something in the can
Our cat liked this but then I found what could be a fish bone or something hard and stick like in the food. Idk what it is but reminded me of a sharp chicken bone. Luckily I check my cats food!

Loves the flavor
My cat loves the flavor and eats it with no coaching. The reason for the 4 stars is that the phosphorus is a bit high for cats with kidney issues. So this can't be her main food. If the company could lower a phosphorus a bit, without compromising on taste or quality, this food would get 5 stars from me.

My cat loves this food
My older cat loves this food and has for a long time. She leaves nothing in the bowl. Over the years she has liked and then not liked many different foods, but this one has been a consistent favorite. She loves the tuna and mackerel flavor.

only way extremely fussy cat will eat nutrients
definitely on the pricier side but itโs worth it. the ingredients are high quality. i switched from fancy feast because my senior cat would only eat that but was not getting enough fiber. he will only eat this flavor specifically but he is a seafood girlie so i think that is more of a preference thing. anywho, he goes absolutely feral for it and devours it every time (which is rather out of character for him as he has hyperthyroidism) and i sleep peacefully knowing he is eating a healthy diet and getting all the nutrients he needs from his food! highly recommend
