very squeaky
everything about the chair is perfect expect the odd sounds it keeps making every time you sit on it, it starts squeaking around so much. I've even uninstalled it twice to tighten the screws even more, nothing works,

Comfortable but terrible craftsmanship
Like everyone else has mentioned, this chair is super comfortable. However, the craftsmanship is terrible!! The top back piece of the chair extends past the seat after installing. You can tell that whoever was making it did not measure correctly, making the chair look completely uneven and deformed. EDIT: As everyone mentioned in the comments, my chair is squeaking every time I shift, get up, or sit down on the chair. I do not recommend you purchase this chair, it was fine the first month but now that I've used it frequently, there's nothing you can do to stop the squeaking.

Perfect in every way
Amazing, it was super easy to set up, very clear. I can sit on it cross legged comfortably and it fit my ikea desk perfectly. Definitely recommend and think you should buy!

I compared many chairs on Amazon before deciding to purchase this one. I chose the black color. It turned out that I made a good choice. This chair has it all: comfort, lumbar support, adjustability, and was easy to assemble. . end result, a beautiful chair! If you do have any reason to contact the seller, you can expect excellent customer service. NOTE: I did place slider gliders on bottom of chair legs so it will slide easily on my hardwood floor when I push back to get up from my desk.

Lift up mechanism doesn't work. I ordered the grey colour and they delivered the beige one. Very defficient, don't recommend this provider.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The chair is of a nice comfortable size, that is fluffy friendly... Looks: The chair looks great and moves around with the greatest of ease... Back support: The back is just right for and I am 5'6"... Plus the leg support to the back of the knee is great, not like most chairs that cut off support about mid thigh... Build quality: The chair was easy to put together 🙂...
