I purchased this as a replacement for our original garage door keypad after it stopped working. It was compatible with our garage door opener, and installation was quick and straightforward. From start to finish, it took about 15–20 minutes, including programming it. It’s been working great and was an easy, affordable replacement.

Works well and simple to install for my 11-year old Liftmaster but doesn’t close door by just using the enter key. Guess you need a Liftmaster remote for that.

Great replacement for the original keypad that came with garage door opener. Easy to install and program. Nice quality at a reasonable price. Hope this one last longer than the original.

Purchased this product to replace an older keypad opener. The product was received promptly and included also the battery. Instructions for programming, install and operation were clear and easy to follow. Add-on benefit, major functions programming steps, are also included on the inner side of the keypad cover. Product quality is good with well functioning, large and lit buttons with notable tactile response. Unfortunately, in my case, I ran into an issue of the garage door randomly opening once or twice a day. Likely due to signal/code overlap with one of the neighbors. The customer service was impeccable - prompt communications, understanding the customer's problem, suggestions for troubleshooting, and follow-through to the resolution. Considering the product quality, documentation, ease of install and use, and the great customer service, I give it 5* although in my case it didn't work with sufficient reliability due to the possible interference with one of the neighbors that could be resolved.

The opener works great the only disappointment I have is that you have to enter the code to close the garage door. The opener that I replaced didn’t require the code to close the door and that was a nice feature.

Bought this keypad to install on my new house. I use it to control two Chamberlain door openers. Easy instructions on the inside of the lid make connecting it to your door openers a breeze. Slim design means that it blends in with your door trim for a clean look. I appreciate the fact that it "beeps" when you press a button. This makes it easy to use in the daytime to ensure that you pressed a button completely. Easy to program more than one door with two different codes, just make sure you have the correct color learn button on your opener. Otherwise it won't connect.

Have an older Craftsman opener (purple learn button). The old Craftsman remote would no longer close the door. Opening was iffy. Tried this one. Programming was easy and straight forward. As others have noted, the one button close does not work. It may work once after making sure it is activated but does not work after that. Not a show stopper but I did take off one star for that. Other than that it works great. Used the same screw holes as the old one. Even the dirt lines left from the old remote lined up with the new one.
