This is in some ways a secret weapon for fitness, I went through the exercises with my PT and could mimic them pretty well on a tall solid wall, you exercise all your muscles and am in complete control. Ideally, I would want a 3 lb. ball next, but that probably doesn't exist. Maybe when I get strong enough to 4 pounds, but the workout is amazing.

Quality medicine bowl, especially given the price. Is well textured, easy to grip and overall well put together. Happy with the purchase and used daily with no deterioration thus far.

Our pitching coach uses these during my son's pitching lessons, so we decided to invest in one. Score that it was on sale at the time as well. We are excited to have this item available to our son at home to continue the same drills he does during his pitching lessons. At 12 years old, this ball is the perfect size and weight for his hands. We have also found some videos on social media for drills to use for batting techniques. It's important to build those upper body muscles in order to increase that Velo in both pitching and batting! Great product!

This is a perfect exercise ball for upper body strength as my body is just continuing aging. It's low key but a little each day is maintain. It use during balance exercises, while watching tv, and for flexibility during dance movements. I did a lot of exercises growing up that included all around gymnastics, ballet, jazz dancing, etc. I love this to create my own individualized movements to music for flexibility and strength.

Been using this nearly everyday for a few months & it has held up well. Great for wall slams especially pitchers.
