This product is amazing!
I had really bad constipation even though I took other probiotics and drank lots of water and ate vegetables. I also had an issue with water retention so I would bloat and be puffy every morning and I had a hard time waking up in the morning feeling so bloated and tired and feeling heavy.... This product really changed the way I feel! I saw results after about 4 days. I wake up lighter every day and I go regularly! I even bought my mom and she said it really changed her body too! we both have no water retention issue and I lost 2 inches from my waist from not bloating and going regularly. Please! continue to make this product! My mom and I both really need this.

Helps gut
I bought this probiotic to put into my homemade yogurt. It dissolved easy in the milk. Helps with IBS. Quality is very good.Also helps with inflammation. Value is good for the money.
