Simple and cute helmet design
We got the helmet for a halloween costume and it absolutely served its purpose. Do not expect a very sturdy helmet....its actually good to have it light-weight for a small kid. It fits my 4 year old perfect, even my 7 year old can still wear it. The price was just right - recommended for costume purpose!

I like it, too
Bought this to go with the fighter pilot costume for my 5 yr-old. He loves it. I like it, too, because it's not heavy and he can see through it very well. He uses it often even without the costume. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it's pretty large (he even has a big head). That really isn't a promblem, though.

Grandson's Favorite Christmas Present
My 4-year old grandson received many gifts under the tree but this is his favorite. He leaped for joy when he opened the present and it has been difficult to get it off his head to go to sleep. The quality exceeded expectations in sturdiness, smooth seams, and fit.

For the price, it was not as substantial as I thought it was. The entire helmet is flimsy and a bit cheap. Hopefully, it will be received by the grandson a little better than his grandmother. Overall, it is overpriced for the actual value of the item.

Fun make believe pilots helmet with adjustable chin strap.
Granddaughter loves this "USAF" pilot's helmet (it says "U. S. Air Force" on the side of it). You could make it another service easily enough with a sticker of your own. The manufacturer should just supply a sheet with a Coast Guard, Army, Marine, Navy, and Air Force sticker that could be applied to each side (though USAF is the best).

Rather inexpensive and lack of quality shows
Grandson has a military flight suit costume and need something that looked authentic for a flight helmet. This was the closest thing available. Fits the bill, but very flimsy and cheaply made. Guess that why its so inexpensive.
